Excellent evolving alternative for DocuSign

Kommentare: Getting new hires to sign their NDA and other contracts. Sending contracts for approval to 2 or 3 signers. It sends the email to the 1st signer, and only after he/she has signed, it sends the next fields blank to the 3rd signer. At the end, all parties get a copy. Pretty neat for the price! Overall, the whole product is awesome. There are some clunky aspects that are getting ironed out but WAYY worth it for the price tag compared to others.

Vorteile:

What I love most about Signaturely is the number of users I get. For a fraction of what DocuSign charges. The deployment is super easy and intuitive. If you have ever shared a Google doc with someone, you will be able to send contracts and consent forms for signature. On their public roadmap, they have 80+ requests for a single fillable document template. You can host the form online in a private or password-protected page on your website, and then any user can go to the same link and submit the form. I'm super excited about this since it will make disclosure agreements and consent forms so much easier than manually duplicating a template and sending it out to each signer via email. Also looking forward to HIPAA compliance that has also been heavily requested on their public roadmap. It's also less clutterd (but that means less features) than DocuSign and other apps out there. The whole goal is simplicity and they did very well keeping that in mind for users who don't need a million tricks, they just need to get stuff signed without printing and without hold ups waiting for 2nd and 3rd signers.

Nachteile:

The branding in emails is not pretty. But they have on their roadmap to greatly minimize this apparently in 2021. I trust their roadmap because they have been SUPER responsive to other feature requests. A bit lagging with the fields editor, kinda clunky. I wish the fields would kinda align with line grid or something. I submitted the feedback and hope it will be addressed in their roadmap.

Great option to other more expensive choices

Vorteile:

I appreciate the affordability of Signaturely and the membership flexibility. It's straightforward and reasonable while providing exactly what we need to get documents signed.

Nachteile:

It's very confusing trying to figure out how to request multiple signatures on the same document. I ended up needing to accept two of the same signature.

Most important to do list with an incorporator.

Not good to do with the anti to do list stuff.

Signaturely a great tool to add Electronic Signatures to your Company

Kommentare: It was by far, a great experience. Because the tools are clear and easy to use.

Vorteile:

The chance to test the software and having until 3 signature requests per month, is awesome. It has everything you need to start adding electronically signed contracts to your company´s portfolio.

Nachteile:

The only Cons I found was that the software has only a few integrations. There is no option to trigger actions after the sign with tools like Magento, Woocommerce, Shopify, Opencart, etc. And the pricing is a little high considering that Signaturely don't have these trigger options available.

Easy to set up

Vorteile:

It was easy to get started for a sole trader like me to get set up with e-signatures. It's a simple product and does what does what it says.

Nachteile:

The functionality is somewhat limited beyond signatures.

Save Money and Time with Signaturely

Vorteile:

I don't have to waste money and print out forms anymore. I can just use Signaturely and digitally sign and enter any other information into a document. The client can get the documents back via email the same day instead of waiting hours or days to be sent in the mail.

Nachteile:

What I don't like about Signaturely is that you have to pay a monthly fee to use it. You can only try it out for free one time.

SO easy to use and accessible for our clients who do not have access to printers/scanners etc.

Nachteile:

Nothing, I like it all! It's very hard to find a negative as it does everything I need it to do

I was happy to be able to find a platform that allowed me to sign a document for free as it was very necessary.

Nachteile:

To get the actual document I had to subscribe, but that is ok.

Signing Thoughtlessly

Kommentare: It solves a few problems - reduced travel (or postage), less cost in time and effort to amend and re-send an agreement, allows me to work on other things while I wait for clients to commit to the agreement, I can see clearly who's read, signed and returned agreements and I can follow individual signatories on a single document.

Vorteile:

I adopted this knowing that in my sales pipeline the actual signing of the agreement was something that clients needed space and privacy to do. Me hovering over them with an expensive pen and inlaid paper was not the required vibe. Using the remote system allows my clients to take their time and make their decision together without pressure. Meanwhile, I don't have to think about it. I'm getting on with other work... and I do all the work!

Nachteile:

Currently, the email that brings the contract to the clients has limits on its presentation. I would like to be able to brand it more so that clients have more confidence in the email as having come from me - that it is authentic.

Quick, Easy, & Affordable

Kommentare: Great experience - definitely recommend anyone who needs digital signatures to sign contracts.

Vorteile:

Signaturely has enabled me to quickly and easily managed my business agreements. It also works brilliantly for a smaller business that is scaling. For the early days, I can use the free signatures, and when I need to take on more partners, I can easily transition to a reasonable monthly plan.

Nachteile:

One of my business partners had difficulty opening a contract, but it seemed that this was because he was operating an old computer and/or software. He was able to use a newer device to sign.

Best product I have purchased in the past 2 years

Kommentare: The best software purchase ever. Highly recommend it! Great customer service and they listen to and implement feedback.

Vorteile:

I love that the company is willing to work with the users to make the product better.

Nachteile:

There are a few features I think that could really improve the software. For example, the ability to store common badges and email addresses that you send a lot of documents to so you do not need to tie it every time.

My opinion of Signaturely

Kommentare: I have been able to eliminate the need to print, sign and scan a document. I just import the document int Signaturely, set the signature lines and email it off to the people I need to sign. I can track the progress of the document (opened, viewed, signed, completed)

Vorteile:

I like being able to securely send a document out for electronic signature.

Nachteile:

I can not currently think of any additional features I would require. This product has integrated well into my sales process.

Software is complimentary. You can upgrade however free version offers my company what we need.

Nachteile:

There is really nothing negative about this software.

Fantastic Product!

Kommentare: I use this software to electronically sign business documents with clients. Overall, this software is an outstanding element of my business and I am grateful for the team who developed this software.

Vorteile:

Signaturely is very easy to use and has a lot of powerful features that a business needs. I also appreciate the templates that are available for use with the software, and you can create and customize your own. The software is very comprehensive and doesn't have so many time-consuming steps that you have to go through to use it. It is a very simple yet powerful tool for your business in terms of getting documents signed electronically and timely and they can be tracked at every step of the process. There are comparable products in the market but this one is the best!

Nachteile:

Quite honestly, I have nothing negative to say about this product.

The software is easy to use. You can add your own documents and add the signature tags in the software. The cost makes it extremely attractive. I am a business strategist and I can send as many coaching projects as I need to.

Nachteile:

I don't have any cons at the point that is of concern to me.

Probably the way you drive signature over the document. It isn't that easy to do so.

Less expensive and simpler alternative to Docusign!

Kommentare: I am very satisfied with Signaturely. It is ease to set up, use and work with parties to get signatures.

Vorteile:

Ease of use, ability to send 3 documents for signature free per month

Nachteile:

Free version does not allow broadcast the document for signing.

Signaturely - transparent, value-added tool

Vorteile:

Signaturely allows my company to easily create and track documents, knowing who has reviewed and signed them, or hasn't, and gives us the tools to follow up easily with any signers that haven't finished the signing process. The ability to store and retrieve documents is straightforward, and is a nice solution for capturing agreements, employee reviews, and other documents that require multiple signatures on for audit and retention purposes.

Nachteile:

I feel the document retrieval tool could be improved. When reviewing a document, if I want to go back to the document list it takes me all the way back to the beginning versus back to the list of documents I was reviewing. I have to drill down to the individual folder each time versus staying in that folder.
