Excellent Scheduler for Clients

Kommentare: Setting up the accounts was a breeze, adding accounts was easy enough - Initially had just 1 client who needed this kind of automation and scheduling but the same week we moved two others to this because it was so easy to manage everything from it. I'll be adding more accounts and now I'm not afraid or hesitant to take on clients who want their SM scheduling or management

Vorteile:

The interface is clean, the lifetime plan was a hit, the scheduling is a no-brainer... so several things are going very well for this tool. I really like it. For clients who want their social media accounts managed its a great software

Nachteile:

Nothing noticeable as yet, so far I like everything!

A great option for the price

Kommentare: Overall I am very happy with Radaar because of the lower price point for the features that are much more expensive with other software. It works great for what we need it for and the issues I do have with the analytics or the refined feeling of the platform are really not that big of a deal. If I was paying more, then yes I would say that's a big deal. But ultimately I haven't had any real issues such as a post not going through or it crashing or anything like that and I HAVE had those issues with much more expensive software so Im ultimately happy with Radaar.

Vorteile:

I use this primarily for keeping my posts scheduled to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn and checking performance of the posts to see when the best time to post is. For those functions I feel it is a great option for the price. There are good analytics to see some useful data (more about this in the cons section) and the scheduling post function is easy to use and works very well, I haven't had any reliability issues and that is not something I can say about some of the more expensive social media management software I've used. Overall I think this is a great platform but could use some work.

Nachteile:

Overall I feel there is a lack of refinement with this platform. I don't know how else to describe this other than when I use platforms like Later.com or Sprout Social they feel more premium and the bugs are all ironed out and I don't get that with Radaar. However, to get the same features on those platforms you're spending a lot more which is ultimately why Im using Radaar.Some of the main issues I have with Radaar are the analytics. The way the dashboard is built, the names of the metrics and things like that are confusing (and I do this for a living and have used a LOT of different social media analytics platforms). Also a lot of the analytics just don't work and I feel they are missing a few very key metrics such as what posts are performing best which is something available in Facebook by itself.

Be careful- No refund on annual plan

Kommentare: Because their policies and procedures are so old around simple things like refunds I was disappointed and so would not recommend it in such an evolving space.

Vorteile:

Schedule across different platforms which enables you to post on most social media sites.

Nachteile:

No refunds if you take out an annual plan. I took out an annual plan and decided after 4 months to cancel I was told no refund as per policy and procedures. So if you like the platform just go with a monthly. The company have very old management practices for simple processes.

RADAAR made my Social Media Management easy!

Vorteile:

I love the unified social inbox for all my channels. The setup for my account was easy and done in minutes. The UX/ UI is straightforward and clear. RADAAR has an integrated password solution to store unlimited passwords. This feature alone can replace a password manager for the hole team. And I can see analytics data from all my channels directly inside from RADAAR. Best value for the price and unlimited team members.

Nachteile:

There was an issue with Instagram publishing, but it is solved. No more issues for me.

Perfect tool for Social Media Marketing

Kommentare: Now RADAAR is a very regular useable software to me. It is saving my time and effort by hosting the essential jobs of Social Media Marketing within the same software. But the time before I had to work with different tools for different purposes. As I am a Life Time Deal owner, I don't have to pay the monthly charges. So, it is saving a great amount of money. Even its monthly subscription is lower than the other competitors.

Vorteile:

I mostly like the features like social monitoring, content management, individual workspace, link shortener, UI of post scheduler, and some other.

Nachteile:

I like least only not having the Telegram integration.

Great Tool At A Greater Price! A Real Gem!

Vorteile:

The scheduling and publishing automations of Radaar are very easy to pick up and start using right away! Partner that with the multiple workspace features and you have a very well rounded product.

Nachteile:

The UI has room for improvement, but overall it's still good and easy to navigate.

A feature packed social media management suite, great value for money

Vorteile:

I like the fact that on RADAAR you can invite unlimited team members into 1 workspace. The unified social inbox is a unique feature, that I haven't found elsewhere with similar social media scheduling tools. The social monitoring and password vault really sweeten the deal, they add so much value to a small digital agency like us.

Nachteile:

I like to see more integration down the road with platforms like Reddit / Quora / Google My Business / Telegram and others.

If you're a data-driven marketer - Radaar is your solution

I loved that it was easy to set up, test and trial. Easy to connect multiple platforms and create custom dashboards across multiple clients

Nachteile:

It's hard to understand what some of the features do and to what extent

A must have for social media agencies

Vorteile:

When work from home started, we were forced to share the social media credentials of our clients with interns and employees via emails and other channels. Some high valued clients didn't want this and even threatened to leave if we didn't find a solution. Apart from Radaar's powerful social media scheduling feature, the Password Vault caught our attention, which we could use to store passwords and share them across our team securely.

Nachteile:

Didn't have external automation support. Would like to see Zapier or Integromat support. Even webhook support would be great so that we can push content from our CMS.

A well-organized Social Media Management Tool

Kommentare: Shuffling between several tools was the major problem Radaar solved for me. I used to use different tools for scheduling and had to manually go to each social media platform to respond to user conversations. With all the activity happening inside Radaar, i am saving a lot of time for sure.

Vorteile:

I like the friendly interface and well organized structure for collaboration and scheduling. With Radaar, i dont have to shuffle between several tools..It has got scheduling, Social Inbox, collaboration and Listening tools all in the single package.

Nachteile:

Nothing much I can think ok. It is pretty much meeting all my requirements so far. Can't complain

RADAAR is the small guy champion!

Kommentare: Overall RADAAR has been a life saver of a platform. Its plenty powerful for novice to expert alike and provides excellent integrations and features. Definitely a 9+ out of 10 in my book!

Vorteile:

RADAAR allows me to take a short 1-2 hours on a Sunday evening to plan and schedule ALL of my postings from social media to my WordPress blog for the coming week or two. Absolutely amazing platform.

Nachteile:

Many times its very difficult to find exactly how to complete a step or pop directions are unclear about details (for example, what CNAME details are needed to point custom domains).

A Reliable Swiss Knife To Handle My Social Media

Kommentare: Radaar seems to get the job done and frees up so much of my time. Its interface makes it easy to monitor social media, track brands, manage content, shorten links, post schedules. I think Google My Business could be added, which would be a great addition to this tool.

Vorteile:

I like the fact that Radaar is like a Swiss knife when it comes to social media marketing management - in one place. It has all popular platforms where I need to get my message out and connect with my audience and the UI and UX are nice too! The layout is simple and easy enough to navigate around, and it loads fast with no lags, which is critical for me.

Nachteile:

Sometimes it gets laggy which posting the same content on multiple platforms. Sometimes content doesn't get posted and you need to "reconnect" your accounts. It also takes some times for accounts to load at the settings page if you want to change them. One platform I would like to see linked is Google My Businss, which would be a great addition.

Simple , Powerful , Jam-packed Social Media Manager that you will ever need!

Kommentare: I feel like home in that app. Simple to navigate and easy to start using. All posting, social messaging , social analysis are easily done in place. There is a support team just a click away too. I enjoy this app very much. Excellent.

A lot to say about this app. 1. Social Inbox - works really good. I have used other products but they do not extract all messages and I did miss to reply but it does not happen with Radaar. 2. It has Password manager , Task Manager . I am forgetful person and this app helps. 3. Really clean and powerful in content scheduling. Just give it a trial and you will see how easy it is to use for posting and scheduling.

Nachteile:

I hope to see content curation , copywriting utilities. Chatbot with ecommerce feature will be a bonus. Other than that, I have not seen better tools out there.

Best social media management tool I have used so far

Vorteile:

Raadar makes it very easy to manage multiple social media accounts through one platform. The tool allows unlimited social media publishing and scheduling. As there is no restriction on the number of team members, it has been very convenient for us to manage. Further, the tool has URL shortener, and password vault, which are bonus capabilities for a social media management platform. Radaar is a swiss army knife for social media management.

Nachteile:

The tool should develop capabilities around Pinterest and google my business.

Nice Tool with great Potential!

Kommentare: Great, I love the app, there are some point to be improved but in overall evaluation is a great tool with a huge potential.

Vorteile:

Many features to help publishing the content in a best way.

Nachteile:

The UI and UX, could be improved, the side menu could be better distributed, categories and under categories and the Green Menu color is a bit annoying, is missing the Dark version.

Absolutely incredible features combination

Kommentare: Being able to see all social media messages in one place ... it keeps you from switching back and forth from all your social media accounts.
And sharing passwords with teammates without revealing it to anyone.
Those are true productivity enhancer.

Vorteile:

The features combination is an unexpected one. Unified inbox + password vault + scheduler ... It's a must for any freelancer or agency.

Nachteile:

Not really a turn off and I think it will be easy for the team to do it, making the dashboard multilingual. But it's easy to navigate, advanced english is not required.

One platform to manage all your social media accounts!!

Kommentare: I can manage my social media inbox and build conversation with my audience and collaborate with my team, save time in social media publishing with scheduler, measure analytics as well as store passwords with Password Vault, track links with URL Shortner, and do many other things.

Vorteile:

Platform that offers all you need to manage your social media... Including social inbox, social publishing, monitoring, URL shortener, task management, and password management...

Nachteile:

I have not found anything I dislike so far with Radaar's Social Media Management application.

A complete social media management suite

Vorteile:

The fact that on RADAAR you can invite unlimited team members into 1 workspace with scheduling is alone worth it. Radaar also offers unified social inbox, URL Shortener, social monitoring which makes it a perfect solution if you want to manage social media at scale.

Nachteile:

I would love to see more integrations with other platforms which is the only lacking thing now.

Great product, Amazing service !

I totally recommend for people who need to use social media and want a one-for-all tool, its like the Suiss Army Knife of social media.

Vorteile:

I have used Radaar on one project, then a second one. Its is great to schedule post on social media, follow up, track,... It is easy to use, the team is very responsive. I really appreciate Radaar because it saves me a lot of time on my social marketing scheduling and tasks. The plateform has improved with new features since I have started using it.

Nachteile:

I must say, I had one issue but I contacted the support which replied to me very fast. I was on a call with [SENSITIVE CONTENT], I have been given even more informations on new features and how to use Radaar even better. So there is no cons for me really.

Great value and does everything you need it to

Kommentare: Radaar allows me to work with a team to have a social media workflow where they schedule and approve posts in one light platform.

Vorteile:

What I like about it is it just works, and the interface is clean and fresh. The calendar and scheduler has an excellent open view and easy labels so I can see what it being worked on and what still needs to be approved.

Nachteile:

The Instagram posting only allows one image, but I believe that is a limitation of Instagram's side.

Indispensable Tool

Vorteile:

Radaar has executed pretty awesome as far as overall management and monitoring is concern. Saves us an awful lot of time to do other more important stuff. I also have to mention that the onboarding was the easiest I have encountered and the training videos was a savior.

Nachteile:

Few glitches and loading issues but I guess it's because they are heavily updating and consistently developing.

All-in-One tool for Brand Owner

Kommentare: Overall i have satisfying experience with RADAAR as it is not too costly and it is a complete solution for social media management and customer interactions.

I like the social monitoring feature as i can understand better the popularity of my brand

I need some time to learn how to activate all the features as it is lack of video tutorial

I love the keyword-based monitoring feature, it sets the tool at par with the other competitors. The Social media scheduling is seamless.

Nachteile:

Can't say I dislike anything about the tool. May be some UI elements but that's a personal choice.

An User-Friendly Social Media Management Tool

Kommentare: RADAAR is very user friendly. Besides publishing and reporting tool, I really like passbook. We keep all passwords together and secure.

Vorteile:

İt is easier to use compared to what we have experienced so far. The interface is very simple that I really like. Our team is not very early adopter, they always prefer what they got used to but they all like RADAAR and don't hesitate to use it.

Nachteile:

Instagram publishing is an issue. We are waiting the day RADAAR will lauch it. It is very important in terms of our business.
