WorkInSync's Desk Booking Software is smooth and easy to use

Kommentare: We all have once in our professional experience a time where we spent some good time searching for a free desk in the office. But with WorkInSync's desk booking software it has now become easy for all of us to choose and book our desks in advance and hence has also increased the productivity of the team.

Vorteile:

I believe the biggest advantage of the desk booking app is that I do not have to waste any time in finding where my team is sitting or where I need to sit for the rest of the day in the office. Booking my desk and sitting with my team is only a click away.

Nachteile:

As of now I have not really come across any specific cons. It has been a smooth process for me and my team.

I really liked how easy it is to use and all the features are so systematic.

Nachteile:

It takes a lot time to log in to the Android devices and sometimes doesn't work on it.

Kommentare: Its a great application for business, helps a lot to manage safety of associates

Vorteile:

Scheduling, Desk booking, Security dashboard and Safety alerts.

Nachteile:

I did not like the dependency on Network which impacts a lot on Safety alerts.

My Take on the New All in One Application in the market, Which also helps in RTO (Return To Office)

Kommentare: Transparency On Colleague booking and status, - Give that info on should I plan or not to office Sanitization - Need of the Hour and digitizing of Housekeep staff activity Meeting Room - Data on employee was available for in-presence meeting or not again gives that transparency.

Vorteile:

Meeting room management, Initial on-boarding with company policies to be accepted, Desk Booking with real-time sanitization update, Custom Notifications, etc..!

Nachteile:

Aryoga Setu Integration, I understand that's the policy that the company has & we have to follow but given the current circumstances is this even relevant now?

The App for Future Hybrid workplace & All in One Single APP

Kommentare: A strong, Motivated team who has this hunger to make their name in the market and are on the correct path to achieve this. The App has reduced a lot of human & manual-dependent processes and it has brought true digitization...!

Vorteile:

Integration with Teams, Seat Booking, WFH / WFO transparency, Health Check & Office preference

Nachteile:

The team has taken feedback on this and they have worked it out for us, Initially we dint like the outcome of the floorplan but post review with their tech and customer experience team. We were able to get a better visibility on our floor plans

The best tool for a manage

Kommentare: The facility management features from WorkInSync is a class apart. It is convenient especially if you have a hybrid workplace. The ability to see the floor occupancy is something that really appeals to me a lot. The dashboard helps me track office occupancy.

Vorteile:

I can access the analytics shown on the dashboard and download them in the form of Excel reports. I can customize the reports. Also, it gives me access to both historical and real-time data.

Nachteile:

Nothing about the product I dislike. I like using WorkInSync and believe that it has given me a better perspective of the office.

Simple and easy to use - conference room booking solution

Vorteile:

It is very easy to book a meeting room in few clicks and outlook plugin is very convenient.

Nachteile:

Option to book meals for the guest would be great.

Getting ready for the future work environment

Kommentare: this will be the new normal going forward adjust to the hybrid workpalce and we think we have a best app to manage that

Vorteile:

Application has a lot of features, what i like was giving out a info on WFH / WFO, This gives an insight of all my team members. Meal booking and meeting room booking is also what i liked about

Nachteile:

Not found till now, but would like to see mail room management also to be present in it.

Vorteile:

I primarily use Meeting room Management and Visitors Management, and I am really pleased with how simple it is to use. I did not have any trouble implementing it.

Nachteile:

Getting used to some of the tools requires a little more work than I think is necessary, but once you've got the hang of them, they're easy to use.

A Great Desk Booking App

Kommentare: My apprehensions about coming back to the office no longer exist thanks to WorkInSync. I can book my desk whenever I am visiting the office. Also, I can permanently block my desk so that no one uses it.

Vorteile:

What I really like about WorkInSync is how simple it is. Like I really do not need to worry about booking. It is all there.

Nachteile:

Once you book the desk, it keeps sending you notifications till you check-in. It is very annoying at times.

Desk booking made super easy!

Kommentare: Good for team scheduling and collaboration, I can see where my team is seated, I can see when the majority of them are planning to visit the office, and plan my meetings with them face to face.

Vorteile:

Great interface, easy to navigate interactive floorplans, team calendar overlapping to see when my team members are coming to office and I can plan my visit accordingly.

Nachteile:

Please add the cafeteria meal booking too.

There is so much innovation

Kommentare: I have been a user of Workinsync for a few weeks now and I have been so impressed with the vision and dedication to innovation, which is so rare to see these days.

Vorteile:

The meeting room booking app is just amazing. I can schedule meetings and the notification gets sent to all my colleagues who will be attending. I also like the interactive floor plans. It is so easy to find rooms.

Nachteile:

Everything is great with the app but I wish the UI was better. Also, there is no desktop version available.

Keeping Pace with Times, an Intelligent Software

Kommentare: WorkInSync can be credit for the complete Hybridization of our workplace. There is a sea of difference between how we worked before the Pandemic and how we work now. The transition has been smooth thanks to WorkInSync.

Vorteile:

I believe the greatest impact was on optimum utilization of Office Space.

Nachteile:

Mostly happy with the product but updates are pretty frequent.

Kommentare: Knowing how the office is being used is important. I can manage my workplace better with WorkInSync. The dashboard shows me everything I need to know about the office and how it is operating. Kudos to the team for developing such amazing software.

Vorteile:

I can download the usage reports for my reference. While I can see everything that is happening in the office on the dashboard itself, I can download the analytics and refer to it if I need to make improvements to the office space.

Nachteile:

While everything about the employees is included in the WorkInSync software, I would also like to get a report on the visitors.

It's an excellent tool that's simple to use and is of great help!

Vorteile:

Meeting rooms can be booked in advance, and by having visibility, I was able to plan my meeting spaces efficiently.

Nachteile:

It seems as though the updates have reduced the click-heavy nature of the technology. Thus, I have no dislikes at present.

Go for their space management software

Kommentare: I have been using their space management software and honestly, it is one of the best apps I have ever used. I don’t have to worry about getting desks or finding meeting rooms. I schedule myself for a week even before I come to the office. I particularly like their desk booking feature.

Vorteile:

I honestly like their desk booking feature the most. It offers so much. I can book desks, find my colleagues and also integrate it with MS Teams. Keep up the good work.

Nachteile:

Nothing as such. We are very satisfied with the software.

Best application for Hybrid Workplace Needs.

Vorteile:

I like the UI which is very easy to use and understanable.

Nachteile:

I found one glich while using this application that is while we are using this application to scan the QR code.

Very practical app at this moment

Kommentare: Beautifully designed. I can easily find my team members where they are seated and book a desk near to them. Whenever I plan to visit the office, I don’t need to open my laptop and search for the web app, I can just book a desk and a parking lot for me on the mobile app itself.

Vorteile:

Good customer support, on time service delivery, super user friendly interfaces.

Nachteile:

I did not find anything as of now. All positives only!

Convenient integration with MS teams

Kommentare: WorkInSync lets me make my booking and even check my colleague’s schedule within Microsoft Teams itself. I’m able to book my desk through the chatbot and it automatically adds my schedule to my calendar as well!

Vorteile:

Managing my office visits and schedule is very convenient.

Nachteile:

Constant updates can be a little irritating, but it’s natural since team is working hard to make improvements.

WorkInSync is a A great Hybrid Workplace Solution

Kommentare: The amalgamation of Physical and virtual office has changed the way of working. Employees now see the office from a very different perspective now

Vorteile:

Everything starting from the fact that the workplace has now become Hybrid, to booking your own office desk before even visiting the office. Being able to book meeting rooms in advance. I believe the software has been designed with a lot of deliberation.

Nachteile:

I believe there is a scope for more features like visitor management. It will make our experience even better.

User Experience

Kommentare: Overall experience has been pleasant and meeting room management is additional feature which is impressive.

Vorteile:

I have been using the software on a daily basis, the end user experience has been absolutely wonderful. Anyone can use the mob app . It is really easy and efficient.

Nachteile:

No concerns as of now with the product.
