Increase HR and payroll compliance and daily efficiency

Kommentare: Post-sandbox testing, Workday can update and release software. This sandbox environment allows me to try things out, observe what happens, and then fine-tune my procedures. Many issues are resolved because to Workday's ability to notify workers of pending tasks and make information about those tasks readily available to them.

Vorteile:

If you're familiar with the system and its customizations, you should be able to accomplish just about anything using Workday. I really like how workday can be used to both investigate past company procedures and improve current ones. After years of using ADP, I have concluded that Workday is the superior HR software.

Nachteile:

In my opinion, the time it takes to find and interview potential candidates is too long. While Workday's learning resources are excellent, I do wish they provided more configuration-specific instruction.

Easy to use and fairly enjoyable

Kommentare: I enjoyed using the app. It was easy to use, provided me with all my payroll information, and it was easy to keep track of my learning and mandatory courses.

Vorteile:

Easy to use, quick login and my information felt quite secure.

Nachteile:

Would log me out occasionally, or would have to call to get password reset.

Workday could work better

Kommentare: Does what is required in a simple format although can be a bit boring to look at. Can be a bit repetitive and uninspiring but has so much depth and scope to do much better if it was more engaging for colleagues.

Vorteile:

Simple and easy layout most colleagues can understand and navigate.

Nachteile:

Very basic and uninteresting layout for most colleagues which loses engagement and can be tricky for less skilled colleagues to find how good it can be as a tool for their job.

Workday for planning

Kommentare: I used it to clock in and out and to see my schedule forecast before hand allowing me to plan my personal life.

Vorteile:

I can access all my scheduling in one easy place

Nachteile:

Some connectivity issues but nothing to unmanageable

VERY EASY TO USE. USE FOR MULTIPLE THINGS

Nachteile:

NOTHING REALLY. IT CAN BE USED FOR ANYTHING

Easy to use solution with infinite possibilities for payrolls.

Kommentare: Accurate and timely payrolls with unique and futuristic dashboard for the task.

Vorteile:

Easiest payroll ever used. Workday HCM is competitively priced which makes it perfect. Already working on my next projects with this software.

Nachteile:

Moderately ranked software with every features required for a successful payroll journey.

Kommentare: Overall it's good. I like that there's an app as well, so it is easier to access if needed.

Vorteile:

It is easy to use, especially the clock-in and clock-out feature. You can find all the tax documents for previous years, which I think is great.

Nachteile:

Some features are not as easy to find. Took me a minute to find where to update direct deposit information.

Perfect choice for any employer

Vorteile:

Easy to use pay management system. I have only used in a user capacity, however I have never had any issues.

Nachteile:

I would like to see more pay monitoring tools as well as better scheduling tools.

Kommentare: Very recommendable! Mainly for managers and HR have been a great tool

Nachteile:

Sometime gave me problems with integration challenges, I believe that Integrating Workday with other systems and processes can be time-consuming and may require additional resources to ensure seamless connectivity.

Workday HCM, an exceptional Tool for one stop HR solutions

Kommentare: Its a must try software for matrix organizations. It can solve all the problems but need someone specialist on products. Heavy training is required for advance features.

Vorteile:

1. Excellent interface 2. Looks posh and advanced 3. Can work in less bandwidth 4. No downtime

Nachteile:

1. Too complex features, highly categorized 2. Very expensive 3. Not very flexible for product level changes

Workday, it's a usefull HCM

Kommentare: Workday is intuitive to use. There are some features that take some getting used to, such as finding your benefits and end of year tax info, but once you figure it out, it's easily found again. Overall it's a great tool!

Vorteile:

Workday is relatively easy to navigate.

Nachteile:

Initially, you have to go through several steps to find benefit summaries for my benefits. But once you figure out the route, it's much easier than most I've used in the past.

Nachteile:

So far Workday HCM has met business set needs. No malfunctioning reported.

Kommentare: IT does what it is supposed to do but coming from another much more intuitive tool this one seems like a step back for time/absence management.
for other HR related stuff this system works well.

very cumbersome system for absence management. Also no easy way to see an overview of your team as manager for absences and holiday planning.

Nachteile:

complexity for new users, requiring extensive training, and time-consuming customization. It can be expensive, with high licensing and implementation costs, and has limited reporting flexibility. Kommentare: I'm good with the Workday HCM as it is providing me necessary information at one place.

It helps to manage workforce and Human Resources (HR) of the business.

Kommentare: I've used Workday for many years now and as we continue to navigate the program we learn more tools and advancement upgrades that make the payroll process self sufficient for employees.

Vorteile:

Workday makes payroll tracking easy and its puts more responsibility on employees to keep track of their hours worked relieving the demands of the administration staff.

Nachteile:

I can't think of any negatives to report.

Kommentare: My overall experience with Workday is very good.

Vorteile:

Mostly I like the wide range of usage that it provides.

Nachteile:

The one thing that is making my work harder is that even with delegations I cannot cancel/delete changes that I have initiated.

Easy, Complete, Perfect for my job

Kommentare: I was doing training, Workday was excellent, I would just go in and learn everything and do every exercise I had for the day. It is a really good organized platform and It is amazing to have something like this platform for when you are getting education from home. For getting a job its really amazing.

Vorteile:

Really it was the best source when I was being trained for the job I do now.

I cant think of anything, I really like the platform

Make your workday, workweek, and work year easier

Kommentare: We tried for years to handle payroll on our own. We were lucky that we did not make any grievous mistakes during that time. Once we realized just how little we did know about payroll and tax compliance, we were terrified that we could be doing something that would jeopardize our non-profit status. We initially considered bringing on a new staff member to do nothing but payroll. When we realized just how expensive this addition would be, we opted to look for software options. Workday has checked every box we needed.

Vorteile:

We are a non-profit organization. Our entire business model is based on supplementing the very low fees we charge our clients with donations from generous individuals and companies. These donations are contingent upon us maintaining compliance as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. There are simply too many regulations and annual changes to payroll statutes for any of our current staff to keep abreast of, and hiring a staff member with the necessary knowledge and skillset is cost-prohibitive. Workday, in essence, gives us that new staff member. For significantly less than an employee would cost, we are able to operate with full confidence that all of our needs are being met.

Nachteile:

The initial implementation was fairly intensive. However, once we completed that phase, we have had no complaints about the time or effort involved in using Workday.

Kommentare: I been using it for 5 years and is just amazing and easy to used from computer or phone.

I used workday every single day, you can do everything in here, request time off, see paycheck, clock in and out.
