Both have their advantages and disadvantages, but I personally prefer the PDF + Labo-based learning, which allows me to progress at my own pace. This is because I am not a native English speaker and learning by the video is very time consuming. Also, I sometimes have to watch the same one over and over again to understand it. You can also add subtitles, which helps somewhat.
