This is one thing that I like about Naviance because I can get so many things done via this one tool. For examples, Naviance can be used to directly communicate and e-mail students. Whether it be individuals or schoolwide, it can be used to reach everyone. In addition, Naviance also has tools that allow students to choose their classes as well as request letters of recommendations and has many tools to help them navigate through the college application process. > > **Nachteile**: What I liked the least about this software is that sometimes things feel a little hidden. It is only when I sometimes accidentally discover something do I realize that it exists or is there. I think that this is not a good thing and hope to see changes in the future where it's much easier to navigate around in Naviance. When I finally called to see if anyone could help me, the representative was extremely rude and hung up on me. This leaves my child with all his college information coming to an INCORRECT name which is discriminatory. Their support could have offered me some resources or ideas for how to correct the information and instead, hung up on me after I'd spent ten minutes on hold waiting for help. > > Horrible; unable to make a simple update and I'm horrified to think my school district is spending our tax dollars on this garbage where the support is so rude.
