This has streamlined our workflows and with a very small staff, has saved us a lot of time to focus on our mission. Customer service has been consistently strong. The support team was fantastic during setup, and the ongoing trainings and resources have been very helpful for our staff. Donor profile pages are very disjointed and messy - I have to dig to find the info I need as it is spread across different tabs and not all of the categories are easily accessible to run in reports which is a real pain as I have to make a report and then go into the individual donor profiles to find the additional info I need and enter it manually. > > I've used a few different CRMs while working in nonprofits and I'd say Neon is in the middle of the pack. It can be clunky and cumbersome to work with - not the most intuitive but once you become familiar with the platform it does what we need it to as a small non-profit.
