> **Vorteile**: The people, project managers, the product and setting a very high standard by listening to their clients requirements makes Artisio the perfect solution for auction houses who are looking to take their software to the next level.

> **Nachteile**: As I briefly mentioned before. The live auction admin control wasn’t part of the product so it would make sense for Artisio to build their own front end / admin auction control to offer the full package rather than connect third party software. This may already be in the pipeline though.

> Very easy to work with as they’re such a great bunch with innovative mindsets. I was part of the early development of the product and had the pleasure dealing with Artisio whilst in my previous role. I’m sure the product will continue to be the best on the market for auction management software. \*I no longer work for the auction company who used this software as of July 2022.
