> **Vorteile**: Google Photos is a good option for photo storage if you want to back up photos to an account rather than storing it on a device. It offers that ability to view photos on multiple devices and has the option to automatically back up all photos taken with a device. The photo editing abilities are similar to the editing power of a typical phone's built-in photo editor, but the AI tools in Google photos are fun to play with.

> **Nachteile**: The free storage runs out quickly for frequent or long-term use. The paid storage options are fairly reasonably priced, but you will be paying to store your pictures as long as you want to keep them in Google photos. Also, sometimes the synchronization between the phone's camera system storage and Google photos is difficult to set up and maintain. Photos I delete in my phone's storage typically stay in Google photos, so I have to delete them twice.
