Vorteile:
It is intuitive, and it does what it is supposed to do. We have had two previous providers and so we know the field and what is out there - but they both had issues and could not supply some of the basic requirements for an accommodation business. The Sirvoy booking platform integrated into our website is great and allows customers to see the whole schedule. No-one else seems to provide this. And Sirvoy customer service is responsive and answers questions clearly . Sirvoy is simple and easy to work with. Finally - fairly priced and worth it.
Nachteile:
Not found a fault yet... Each time we try to do something, Sirvoy delivers seamlessly.

Not easy to work with anymore
Kommentare: No customer service. No help. Constant changes that do not help it go easier. It's like you guys want us to hold your hand daily just to work when you can't even help in customer service
Vorteile:
It USED to be easy to work with up until you all had to update last year. Now it's nothing but miserable
Nachteile:
The constant need of authentication codes and the way we enter in phone numbers now. The whole phone number now is not separated into sections making it easier to read fast. Now we have to dissect the number slowly but hope we do it fast enough because the phone hangs up if you're not fast.

Sirvoy is great; more quick tweaking will make it outstanding

Vorteile:
Affordable and it looks nice. SMS function is great; it can improve by allowing templates to send at different times, not a single time (like 10 am for SMS departure template; 1 pm for SMS check-in template). SMS fees should be included. Good booking engine functionality and channel management (notifications detail can improve, like providing room numbers, dates and names)
Nachteile:
I do not like that Average Daily Rate is used in computing a bill, so if the rates were 349, 329 & 309 (=$329 ADR) and guest wants to cxl 3rd night, it will be erroneous to refund $329. This is complicated when several adjustments have been made to Rates. The lack of multi-select on dropdown windows is Sirvoy's biggest defect, including the calendar. For Rates, I am unable to select certain rooms, like 202, 203 & 207 and change rates at once (I'm forced to select from a list and change all). I cannot block multiple rooms at the same time; I need to do it one-by-one. Dashboard search is great, but the totals are by page and not for the total searched category.

Great PMS with Stellar Support
Kommentare: Sirvoy provides top notch customer service in addition to an expansive and well-written support area. When I need help, I get immediate responses using the chat from knowledgeable people.
Vorteile:
Sirvoy has a clean, easy to use interface with texting and email capability that also connects with booking channels. Ability to create group bookings and separate booking engines. We love the housekeeping report.
Nachteile:
A few feature requests would be the ability to mask text numbers in the US and to integrate with a lock system partner (like RemoteLock). Some of the support articles need examples of how you might use things- it took me getting desperate and asking for a better way to learn how to manage group bookings and invoices.

Warum Sirvoy gewählt wurde: We needed a more robust system that incorporated text messaging, emails and group bookings at a reasonable cost for a new business.
