There is no substitution or replacement for this software, and it is dependable for all parts of the process. It is highly customisable so it can be used by any type of user from any department. > > **Nachteile**: Centric can be very difficult to learn how to use, and without any manual, finding out information is tricky. There isn't many indications on the screen that a standard user can notice and understand, which can lead to confusion and less productivity. Trying to find specific areas is difficult because of this, and so there is untapped potential for what Centric can do for its users. > > I train users on Centric, and while it is a reliable PLM that can provide any and all information about our work, it is a frustrating process to train and set up a user on.
