Absolutely would not recommend
Kommentare: I purchased the subscription because it advertised features I was looking for such as sync with apple calendar and adding extra time in the appointment block. I would have used this to block out travel time to my clients. However, it only gave the option to sync with Google calendar, not Apple. And the extra time blocking feature was basically useless for my needs. I thought, “oh well, I’ll just cancel my subscription and move on. No big deal.” So I went to manage my subscription on the website, cancelled my subscription and thought that was the end of it. Then I was charged for the another month. I thought it was a mistake, so I emailed customer service. They are refusing me a refund because I didn’t cancel my subscription through Apple instead of THEIR WEBSITE! It was an absolutely horrible customer service experience. I would never recommend this app to anybody.

The interface was fairly user friendly. It looks nice and mostly easy to use.
Nachteile:
It was missing key features. It says they sync with Apple calendar. They don’t. And the customer service is horrible.

Hello - I am sorry you had a bad experience with Goldie and sincerely appreciate the feedback. To turn on the sync with Apple Calendar you go to menu > Settings > Calendar Settings > Sync with other calendars. Here you can connect your apple calendar or google calendars to show your events from those on your Goldie app. Related to cancelling and refunding, unfortunately we don't have any control here. Apple requires all subscription management to go through them. We try to make that clear in the web cancellation that you need to go to the app store to cancel, but we will try to do a better job here moving forward. If you need help with instructions on how to request a refund through Apple - just reach out to [email protected] and we can help you.

Kommentare: It’s been a great experience so far my life has been a lot easier less hectic I like that I can go several days and weeks without talking to any clients and show that appointments are popping up. People are requesting appointments and scheduling things without having to even communicate with me.
Vorteile:
I like how organized it is and that there’s a really boutique feel to it and you’re not just scheduling on an app everything looks really nice and organized and it’s aesthetically pleasing to the eye
Nachteile:
The only thing I’m just liking so far is at a glance as the administrator when I look at my schedule things that are set as a personal event it doesn’t show the label I labeled it as instead it just says personal event I would like to be able to see that as a glance, instead of having to click it to see what the event is. I would also like the option to be able to set deposits and no-show fees, to individual clientele, and not for everyone

Great so far
Vorteile:
The automated messaging for reminders is fantastic. Having the ability to add locations in and click directly to gps makes going from one appointment to the next easier and faster.
Nachteile:
So far there isn't much to dislike. Ideally a feature to send clients notes and photos would be amazing for the dog groomers of the world but other than that the app works great for what we need at this time and its not insanely expensive which is great when starting out with a limited budget.

Kommentare: So far it has been good. I have only been using it for about a month now so I am still moving info into the system as I can.

It easy to use not complicated with features that aren't needed.
Nachteile:
customer support is through email. I personally prefer to speak to someone directly. But when I needed assistance I received a response back and my issue was fixed in less than 1 hour.

Kommentare: At first i was reluctant but i got to know it better and use more features, i see that Goldies is working towards improvements and im willing to stick around and wait for them while the basic functions work extremely well,
Vorteile:
Simplicity, low card charge fees, monthly fee that covers some sms package and ability to get more
Nachteile:
No Online marketing option via sms or email in mass text, mms leaves a mark - everyone knows other patients number which violates hipa laws, I need express payouts, without them i will most likely accept payments via venmo or Zelle

Kommentare: I like a Goldie. I wish there was a cheaper option as I feel it’s overpriced. And it’s a big leap to go from basic to pro. And sometimes there’s a lot of issues that need to be fixed and there is constant updates.
Vorteile:
I love the appointments feature. I love how easy it is to navigate our booking website. I love the color schemes and how we can choose what best fits our aesthetic.
Nachteile:
What I like least about Goldie is I wish there was more customizations available for our scheduling. I wish that there were more options in regards to appointments available. For example if I’m normally not open Sundays but I open up a slot, have only that Sunday available to be booked.

Goldie is easy to use, even for those not tech savvy. The design is simplistic and minimalistic, which is fantastic. Customer Service is very responsive and polite.
Nachteile:
I really need to be able to pick and choose who is able to book online. I am not accepting new clients, but I can't enforce that since they are able to book themselves online, even though my main page states I am not taking new clients. I hope this feature changes in the future!
