> **Nachteile**: It is not for non-technical team. You 100% need a good developer to install, setup, and connect everything. Also, the built-in reporting dashboard is very basic and not powerful. We must use our own BI tool for any real analysis.

> Before, we used external links for surveys. This was bad user experience and big security risk. Now, surveys are inside our app, and all data is in our database. Security team is happy. We also automated our support ticket system, which saves much time.
