> **Nachteile**: Cannot build custom reports. Cannot have two instances open at once. Cannot hide/remove fields that do not apply to our practice. That a claim does not open to the date field and to the POS field.  I would also like to be able to build out the statements in different formats and what I call our superbill in scheduler. I would love if I could sync scheduler with Gmail.

> **Nachteile**: That it did not integrate with our EHR so everything was manual entry, no fault of theirs though. I also am still trying to figure out tricks to make things faster and easier, so many things to navigate that it takes time to get to some of the easy stuff.

> The onboarding was so amazing, the info I learned was so great. It honestly was so easy and you just can't screw it up. Once we were onboarded things went pretty smoothly. Right now its trying to figure out the tricks to make things even faster. Oh and tech support and customer service has been super amazing and quick when I have issues.

I also like the fact if we are updating  the Ez-Claim software, if any issues arises, I have always been able to email or contact  a representative, who is always very professional and able to quickly resolve my issues.

> **Nachteile**: I wish that each statements matched with each individual claim ID number;  this would make it easier to attached the correct claim number to the statement.

> Overall my experience with EZClaim is very good, I love the ease of use, it has been very reliable over the years; I have not experience any down time where the software is not working. It is easy to log in, and if I do have any questions, a live person will reach out to me, or I can call and speak to someone over the phone.
