Unfortunately, when we (or anyone) switches over to the "staff view", the book is mostly a complete mess. it must be that different people request different things (they request the "comment" with the location, instead of the shift time), or when we manually input someone, we input their shift as a comment, so it doesnt translate correctly from the VIEW (\!) in facility view to what you would expect to show up in the staff view. Therefore, we've given up to use the staff view, and tell our staff to not use it in order to not get confused.
