I also like that parents are able to log in to see where their student is academically also where they stand financially. Teachers are able to keep great records of their students' assignments along with grades. Customer support is great\! This makes it a bit of a hassle if anything needs to be changed at a later time. I also would like to see there be an option for dropdown categories in Billing. We have parents that use it to pay tuition along with lunch orders and after school activities. Unless they specifically make a note, it gets confusing when they make a payment for multiple categories.
