Not only did she demonstrate excellent customer service skills, a kind/patient demeanor, and empathetic listening, but she also made sure a plan was in place before ending the call. Her customer service alone is reason enough for me to continue my TherapyNotes subscription.
She is obviously an excellent employee and I hope this organization will recognize her and offer an incentive for her exceptional service. Thanks\!

> I have been very happy with the cost effective comprehensive record system offered. The notes work for my practice and the reminders and to-do list are helpful. The client portal is useful (I don't use all features such as scheduling so don't know about that area). I do my own billing and it is extremely simple through Therapy Notes.
