I can easily access information I need and documents quickly and easily for my clients. I invoice and make receipts quickly for them. We are able to quickly customize and send letter to our clients that are tailored to our agency and not just send a generic letter. We recently connected on the cloud due to the shelter in place and this has been a blessing for my staff not to miss a step being able to service our clients. Additionally having a date and time stamped log for notes helps when there is a question on claims.
