You have to click "Search Applicant" and then pick what way you would like to search that applicant and then it will take you to a new tab. We had some road bumps in the beginning when first using this software and ApplicantPro made sure to help us in every way possible and make it as easy as they could. They explained everything clearly and made it extremely easy for us to transition into using this software.
