GPS and telematics data from One Step GPS does not reliably update within Fleetio, which undermines one of the core benefits we were expecting from the platform. Having accurate, real-time vehicle data automatically populated in the system was a significant part of our decision to adopt Fleetio, so this has been a notable disappointment and something we hope to see resolved. > > Overall, our experience with Fleetio has been a positive one. The platform has done a solid job of centralizing our fleet management operations, replacing what used to be a fragmented mix of spreadsheets and manual processes. The interface is clean and intuitive, and the ability to access vehicle records, maintenance history, service reminders, and inspection data all in one place has made a noticeable difference in our day-to-day efficiency. The one area where we've run into difficulty is the telematics integration with our GPS provider, which has not consistently synced data the way it was advertised.
