> **Vorteile**: You can mess with the template but it's all about how much time you've got. But surprisingly it did manage to handle batch numbers when doing bulk uploads.

> **Nachteile**: The error message when an upload failed doesn't tell me anything. I wish there were a way to sort and filter my basic stock quantity on the product availability page through excel rather than having to go out of the application. Cancelling our subscription has been by far the worst experience ever. They make sure you never find the cancel button and force you to contact three separate people (sales) before allowing you to quit. This reporting thing is terrible too.

> Now we no longer have to deal with a million messy spreadsheets for the warehouse. At least it keeps most of our numbers somewhat in sync with quick books, so I don't get yelled at.

Anytime we have needed customer support, they have been responsive and resolutions have been quick. We mainly use kits on our selling platforms and Fishbowl's capabilities in this area are versatile.
