Once set up iSell is a very reliable and efficient tool that allows us to process large volumes of bookings with complex itineraries. The upcoming Product Roadmap looks very promising and makes us confident that Traveltek will be able to deliver our technology needs for many years to come. > > **Nachteile**: It’s not a quick install and go. This is partly our issue as no time to dedicate to load it correctly, however, I don't believe at the initial roll out we were given the 100% support we needed to get it right . Loading hotel rates \& specials is time consuming and repetitive and should be much simpler than it is, given the claims that the system is advanced. There is no functionality to generate emails to suppliers from the system. Today we are unable to modify a booking made online. Some reports do not save all database fields.
