> **Vorteile**: The support\!  Without a doubt the support.   The software can be tricky, but the support has been able to to walk me through everything I have needed. On top of that, when my business needs required something different that the software was offering ; they wrote me a patch, for free.  Literally within a couple of hours of explaining the problem I had a custom patch written, sent, installed, and the software was working EXACTLY how I wanted it.  These folks are the best\!

> **Nachteile**: It's a little complicated with a bit of a learning curve.  This really isn't a CON per say.   It really is a PRO as you can set the software up to do exactly what you want.  If you have a hard time doing that, all you need to do is reach out and they will have you set ASAP
