With previous software were could house training records within the LMS. Axonfiy doesn't offer this functionality which causes us to have to maintain more than one source of training records. I would prefer to have the ability to run more reports. The reporting functions are a bit cumbersome. > > I think it has been an improvement over prior LMS, however we often find issues with questions. I am not certain this is an Axonify issue, rather an issue on our side when developing content. It requires a LOT of maintenance to the tune of a few hours a week just troubleshooting questions, duplicate trainings loaded onto users, correcting questions. The process to straighten out an issue requires more than three peoples input making it quite inefficient. an issue or questions arises. A store sends to adminstrator for our company. Administrator emails our contact. contact emails us they are working on it and are sending to correct party email comes back to correct. we contact store with resolution.
