Vorteile: Really nothing! Stopped using it after wasting time on it for months. I spent so much time explaining it to customers.

Nachteile: WARNING! Be carful of Flok! For one, I bought a years worth of this service and stopped using after 6 months because it was NOT user friendly. As a small business owner it was more work than it ever was worth. I ended up spending so much time coaching my customers on how to use it and it just wasted so much time. Several customers complained about how confusing it was. So, I stopped using it. I figured I was out the money for the year, but oh well, won't do it again. However, the worst was yet to come. Little did I know they keep, without consent, the billing information of their customers on file. Which leaves their customers, most small business owners like me, vulnerable to hackers. They keep it on file because they hope their customers, like me, won't remember when their renewal is up and they can automatically bill them another year. They then will refuse to give a refund citing some fine print buried deep within their website, saying it must be cancelled before being charged. Once you are charged you are stuck with it and they refuse a refund, even if you don't want to use their sub par service. Could they have sent a courtesy email warning you before being charged ! Of course they could have. But do they? Absolutely not. Because they are hoping you won't notice and cancel and they will have an opportunity to steal from your small business. I would NOT recommend this Flok!

Nachteile: For a software that is supposed to help inspire customer loyalty, the sales team/customer service is INCREDIBLY rude. I made an account to test out the product and see if I was going to recommend their service to a client I was making a communications plan for. Flok didn't end up having the features we needed and we found a different customer loyalty program that did. A week later, today, I received a call from rep and he said he was from Flok and because I had just heard of their service a week before it didn't jog my memory immediately. He snapped at me "You know, the customer loyalty program you're trying to use." He then wanted to know about my business or needs I had and I informed him I was making a communications plan for a client and trying to set up a loyalty program, but we found another service that better fits our needs. He then snapped "Well that's up to you" and hung up on me. Never in my life have I ever experienced customer service like this. What if Flok wasn't a good fit for this current client but I could keep them in mind for another client in the future? I will never recommend any client to use Flok. How can someone be an expert in customer loyalty if they can't even hold a respectful phone conversation? They can't. I tried to review them on Facebook and Google but they aren't registered to receive reviews on either site, which is probably for this exact reason. Seems extremely sketchy to me. Steer clear.
