Often patience will be resistant to using it however once someone shows them how or they have done it before they see how it's simple and easy to use it is

Check in process has become easier!
Kommentare: There are so many benefits to using Phreesia. From cutting down on the old school printing daily schedules, verifying every patients insurance one by one, then calling each patient to confirm appointment date/times to capturing required information via previsit in advance of the appointment.
Vorteile:
Phreesia has grown tremendously over the years with their features, it’s amazing too see how far they have become. To be able to utilize technology & have a software to make things more streamlined with the day to day check in process for our increasing patient population is a must!
Nachteile:
There are a few enhancements I have offered, which would be beneficial to Phreesia. Phreesia always has new features to offer, sometimes too many without making changes/updates to previous features.
Smooth Implementation
Kommentare: Phreesia has spent the last few months guiding us through customization and implementing a new system across 7 locations. They have been very helpful and efficient to work with.
Vorteile:
The communication and support during implementation was instrumental to our success.
Nachteile:
Not applicable as this point. We have not had any bad experience that would cause me to not like any feature.
Excellent product with a lot of valuable features
Vorteile:
Daily census tracking to help identify staffing needs at a glance. Patient reminders and the fact they can go out via text and email since some patients may have either or. These are just a couple of the features I find most valuable from a patient access standpoint.
Nachteile:
Some of the E&B functionality can get confusing when payers aren't set up correctly, however, in these situations, the Phreesia support team has been great with not only helping resolve issues, but responding timely.
Phreesia has increased our revenue during our trial period!
Kommentare: I am very satisfied with the communication between the phreesia set up team and myself. They have been very helpful with following up and making adjustments as needed. Our set up was customized to fit the practice (telehealth only) and it has been working out great.
Vorteile:
I love the ease of the system. The system integrates with eCW EMR and cuts our office time in half, allowing to focus on other areas in the practice. Phreesia automatically sends the patients our practice consent forms and collects co payments during the check in process. We also customized our platform to allow patients with an outstanding balance to enroll into a payment plan. Many patients avoid our office calls when payment is due and have noticed patients prefer to enroll in payments plans on their own. We have seen a surge in old balances being collected these last two weeks.
Nachteile:
I would be happy if phreesia had a patient self scheduling option that integrated with eCW. Right now, patients make an appointment request through a phreesia custom form and we manually add that appointment into our EMR. We do have an alternative for established patients wishing to self schedule so we only need to manually schedule New appointment request. It's not too bad.
Phreesia has made our Practice a whole lot better.
Kommentare: Its been great. I have used it at other Practices and it is great. We still have some patients who aren't going to use it, but that number is way out weighed by those who do and love it.

ease of use. Patient engagement. Shout outs to patients. Cut down tremendously on wait times and paperwork that had to be filled out.
Nachteile:
We have struggled with the money part. The co pays and how they are posted. I think is our problem.

Kommentare: At first, I feel like it was overwhelming because I came after 3 weeks of implementation. But I was able to catch up easily. Phreesia University is very robust and helpful. It appears that Phreesia University is kept up to date with any changes.
Vorteile:
Ease of use. Efficiency to workflow to our organization.
Nachteile:
Sometimes I didn't know what questions to ask during implementation, but I was able to talk to my Phreesia Sr Consultant and she was able to bridge the gaps.
Phreesia Experience
Kommentare: overall change is difficult but the Phreesia team truly listen and help and customized at our request to best fit our practice needs
Vorteile:
communication with the onboarding nad implementation team were very proactive and responsive.
Nachteile:
implantation time , Phreesia had some sort of update which delayed out time line which then interfered with other major projects in the office.

It's okay, but not for older people
Vorteile:
I love that it helps make things paperless and it is easy to understand. Like that you can change the languages to help fit the needs of the patient.
Nachteile:
If the population using this was older, they often struggled. It was hard for them to navigate.
Love how much time Phreesia saves our office.
Kommentare: My experience with Phreesia is all positive.
Vorteile:
Phreesia has saved our office so much time. Most patients have filled out their paperwork before arriving to our office, and everything is uploaded into Compulink. The front office no longer needs to make a 100 phone calls a day to confirm appointments. The insurance department no longer needs to look up eligibility on several different websites. The billing and collections are way down, as most patients pay their copay and any past due balance before they even arrive to the office. I cannot say enough good things about Phreesia, as it has been a real time saver for our office.
Nachteile:
I have no complaints about Phreesia. It has exceeded my expectations.

Kommentare: Phreesia helps us collect balances, copays, change insurance and get all required documents completed by patients before the appointment which runs relatively smoothly and issues or problems we face with Phreesia seem to be fixed in a timely manner

Phreesia makes the check in process for staff very very easy and speeds up the process overall at the checkin window getting patients seen faster
Nachteile:
I wish there were more inter office flags on Phreesia for different meaning for us
Very Beneficial
Kommentare: While using Phreesia we have cut down on the amount of reminder calls we have to make daily, our paper usage has decreased with the ability to send them out electronically. Collecting co pays and balances on account has increased with the option to keep a card on file.
Vorteile:
We have saved a lot of time with the appointment reminder function, along with all paperwork being sent out prior to appointment. Having our patients be able to pay online and keep a card on file has been a game changer. Customer support is always a great help when contacted.
Nachteile:
We had a few hiccups while integrating with our system, but they were great to work with and made sure everything was corrected. It would be nice if we could set patient reminders farther out than 3 days; we like to remind our patients a few weeks/months ahead of time in case they need to change the appt.

Kommentare: They are very on top of all communications and always try to solve all issues presented to them.
Vorteile:
Being able to verify patients insurance before they walk in the office.
Nachteile:
The fact you can't save a card on file unless the patient is on the schedule for that same day.
Phreesia usage
Vorteile:
My favorite feature is the way it verifies insurances, this saves my staff a lot of valuable time. I like that we can text our patients a message with templates we made or a custom message about their upcoming appointment. We can have all of our forms sent to patient to fill out before, during and after their appointment.
Nachteile:
I wish we were able to push more than one form at a time to our Phreesia Pad.
Phreesia Services
Kommentare: Phreesia was an imperative part of our check in process during covid and gave our patients the confidence and experience that pre check in offers.
Vorteile:
Pre check in feature is easy to use and also easy to customize to the practices needs.
Nachteile:
That some insurance companies choose not to participate, and that means we can not see E&B information

We have increased our services with Phreesia to add patient and referral source self scheduling and connect

Overall it is easy to use and customize. The only issue we have is it does not integrate into our EMR
Strong Implementation & Support Team
Kommentare: We are able to limit the paperwork sent to our patients and utilize the payment assurance options for patients, which limits collections efforts. We overall are able to streamline our check in process as well. Working with our implementation and support team has been amazing, our client services manager was amazing, we were able to change/customize all areas of Phreesia to best suite the needs of our practice.
Vorteile:
Phreesia is easy to maneuver--- all icons are visible & explain everything you need to know on dashboard.The eligibility and payment portions of Phreesia are stellar.
Nachteile:
The only difficulties we found was integration. Some of our information does not integrate. We found some of our patients do not take the time to complete some of their workflows, which makes it difficult for continued experiences.

Kommentare: Phreesia has been an awesome experience from the very beginning. Integration and implementation went smoothly. Support is quick to respond and resolve concerns. The Phreesia team is undeniably helpful.
Vorteile:
Phreesia is easy to use for both staff and patients. Training new staff members is simple and thorough with the university. Patients don't have to keep or remember log in or password, helping ensure the majority of patients easily complete the registration for each visit, making sure we have the most accurate contact information on file.
Nachteile:
Insurance verifications are sometimes a hiccup. HMO and out of network plans are sometimes missed by staff since Phreesia shows it as active and complete. Staff has had to learn to check and double check benefit details in an attempt to catch these prior to the visit.
Increased collections and patient demographics
Kommentare: Our practice loves Phreesia, great customer service, log a ticket and the response if fast. Changes to interviews they work with us until it is perfect.
Vorteile:
Insurance verification is wonderful, it has cut down the time our billing department spent on the phone verify patient insurance polices. It has helped our practice increase our collections at the time of service. The reporting is wonderful, patient surveys, user data reports. Has great training features/videos and instructions.
Nachteile:
Integration with Allscripts Professional EHR with the patients medical history, still needs some work for the way we have to document in the patient chart for our quality programs to be able to run reports through our system.

Kommentare: From the beginning, the sales process was great. My sales rep truly knew the product and kept up with me when I had questions - I'm a tough sell for sure :) He understood the complexities of Family Practice and even offered solutions along the way. He worked well with my boss/decision maker and built a trust relationship with both of us. That's important! The implementation went very well, and the team worked very hard to ensure success - the team leader was amazing! The process prior to go-live included full discovery of our forms and workflows to find a general understand of how our practice really works. Then came the building of the electronic forms (with re-writes and testing), weekly meetings where the team leader kept me to task, and a virtual go-live that was seamless. My own team loved that we could ask questions on the first day, but there were not a lot to ask actually. The Phreesia implementation team has have been with us every step of the way, with little issues to be honest. And if there were, they were fixed, with explanations as to how to avoid issues in the future. The problem/case management is easy to utilize and the support team is highly responsive. My staff remain excited and engaged, and continue to love this product! When we learn something new, we love it even more. I believe Phreesia has a product that they truly care about, and they strive for success - which is what we definitely experienced here, start to finish.
Vorteile:
Phreesia has a seamless integration with our EHR - we use Athena. The check in process has been cut down to seconds (as opposed to up to 10 minutes at a time), which allows the staff to focus on other ancillary jobs, and less face time with patients. This is a good feature during a pandemic! Also, the reduction of paper utilizing the electronic forms that automatically flow into the charts has already given us a decrease in paper costs, and all the time spent getting forms to patients, and then having to scan all of that paper as well. Our clinical staff and providers appreciate the data imports of electronic forms and medical history updates, which means less data entry, and therefore less errors in the medical record. The clinical staff spend less time during intake, which allows for the provider to have more time in their face to face with the patients. Finally, the ability to quickly satisfy Quality Measures and Population Health requirements (we are Family Practice) is already showing a big improvement in our scores, which is part of our ACO engagement. Meaning, using the logic that Phreesia provides, required questionnaires due once a year are sent to the patient and then satisfied easily in their encounter. Phreesia also captures revenue swiftly and efficiently, and in one month we have seen a 6% increase in our Time of Service collections. I expect this to increase over time as staff (and patients) understand usage of the program.
Nachteile:
I see no cons at this time to using Phreesia. In the past there may have been a cost issue, but they have worked out better packages for practices who are interested.
Best full service product by far
Vorteile:
Ease of use, practice management integration, and patient surveys are fantastic. I appreciate the accuracy of insurance verification as well. This product truly does it all! Mobile check in, kiosk check in, patient reminders, messaging, and so much more.
Nachteile:
Customer service could be better- still good just not on par with the robust services that are offered.

Kommentare: My experience with Phreesia has been great. They are always following up with any problems or questions I may have in a timely manner. They communicate with their clients for any new features or upgrades they have.

Nachteile:
When a patient fills out their pre-visit info and they have a change of address, I do not like how it automatically updates in Athena CPS. A lot of times, patients misspell words or don't use correct capitalization.

Kommentare: Overall experience has been awesome. Their support team is great and always there to help. They usually reach back in touch with you within 24 hours.
Vorteile:
Phreesia has been so helpful with our company. Having pts being able to be checked in before they even get here helps us tremendously and helps our parents with small children. We have found that we our AR has gone up while using Phreesia
Nachteile:
Sometimes the eligibility isn't always right. Wish something would be able to integrate to our EMR into the chart and not just demographics. Like to be able to have whole family account linked together, so parents don't have to make multiple transactions.
