Vorteile:

Die Anzahl an Themen und Erweiterungen, superschnelle Installation, niedrige Kosten.

Nachteile:

Da es sehr verbreitet wird, wird es auch sehr oft von den Hackern angegriffen. Die Editoroberfläche ist ziemlich unübersichtlich.

Vorteile:

Viele Tools um die Inhalte zu bearbeiten. Man kann jder Zeit daten hinzufügen, löschen oder bearbeiten. Zugriff ist jeder Zeit möglich und von überall ist auch möglich.

Nachteile:

Ich habe gar keine Nachteile herausgefunden. Von mir aus alles ist TOP :)

Erstelle einige Webseiten und bin immer wieder von der schnellen Bearbeitung begeistert.

Es müssen für alle Funktionen eigene Plugins installiert werden

Vorteile:

- Benutzerfreundlich - Übersichtlich - sehr weit verbreitet und ist vom Aufbau ähnlich zu anderen CM Systemen, daher einfach zu erlernen - gut für Anfänger geeignet

- bugged oft- pages aktualisieren sich oft nicht

Vorteile:

Unsere Webseite in WordPress zu programmieren ist kinderleicht.

Nachteile:

Sehr häufige Updates nerven. Zumal die Änderungen sehr minimal sind

Für mich nicht geeignet

Kommentare: Gute und im Prinzip kostenlose Software für den einfachen Gebrauch. Je größer die Anforderungen, desto intensiver muss man sich damit befassen.

Vorteile:

Wordpress ist kostenlos und man hat quasi unendliche Möglichkeiten bei der Nutzung.

Nachteile:

Updates, Updates, Updates. Je mehr Plug Ins man verwendet, desto öfter muss man Updates installieren. Je mehr Websites man betreut, desto nerviger wird der Zeitaufwand dafür. Die Verbesserungen benötige ich jedoch nur selten.

Einfach selbst für Laien

Vorteile:

Das Tool ist so selbsterklärend, dass selbst fachfremde Kollegen sich schnell zurechtzufinden.

Nachteile:

Jedes Mal wenn ein Update kommt fällt die Umgewöhnung schwer.

Nicht ohne Grund das meistgenutzte CMS für Websites

Vorteile:

Open Source Software mit der Möglichkeit der Nachrüstung aufgrund der Verfügbarkeit tausender Plugins und Themes. Ständige Weiterentwicklung durch die Wordpress-Community. Mich überzeugt WordPress voll und ganz.

Nachteile:

Ich fremdele hin und wieder noch mit dem Block-Editor Gutenberg, aber er wurde seit der Einführung schon deutlich verbessert.

Nach wie vor eines der besten Redaktionssysteme

Kommentare: Insgesamt schätze ich Wordpress und die Community dahinter sehr. Denn dieses Open Source-Produkt kann es mit vielen kostenpflichtigen CMS aufnehmen.

Vorteile:

Es ist sehr flexibel erweiterbar und Texte lassen sich schnell veröffentlichen. Damit lassen sich einfache Landingpages, Blogs oder ganze Magazinseiten schnell aufsetzen und pflegen.

Nachteile:

Leider bietet WordPress von Hause aus erst ab der neusten Version einen visuellen Frontend-Editor. Dieser ist zudem sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Kommentare: Insgesamt bleibe ich Wordpress noch eine Weile treu, schaue mir aber auch andere System genau an. Denn in manchen Bereichen dauern die Weiterentwicklungen bei Wordpress leider recht lange.

Vorteile:

Insgesamt überzeugt Wordpress mit einer einfachen Installation, vielen Erweiterungen und dem guten Editor. Damit ist es für mich die erste Wahl beim Bloggen, da ich die Software direkt auf meinem Server installieren kann.

Nachteile:

Leider gibt es von Hause aus keinen Front-End-Editor und der neue Gutenberg-Editor ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Auch die Performance leidet mit jedem Update, hier gibt es leider mittlerweile deutlich performantere System auf dem Markt.

WP Features

Kommentare: Da ich bereits mit WP vertraut bin, nutze ich es weiterhin. Für eine relativ einfache Webseite ist eine auch eine kostenfreie Version geeignet. Insgesamt bin ich mit der Nutzung zufrieden.

Vorteile:

Man kann es sich mit Hilfe von Video-Einleitungen aneignen. Es gibt zahlreiche kostenfreie Plugins und gute Theme-Vorlagen.

Nachteile:

Widgets sind etwas schwer zu verstehen. Die Backups sind auch etwas kompliziert. Die Objektgröße-Anpassungen funktionieren nicht immer wir gewünscht.

The website is user-friendly, it is easy to customize some of the templates and themes, and it's SEO capability is top-notch. Also, it is better when someone starts an online store and it has more capability to even be free.

Nachteile:

Some of the themes I have been installing are slow, and some do not support the needs I have, especially when I install the themes, and they start to be hard to customize. Also, there is no learning community like an online course and gaining a certificate to showcase to clients

Good, but could be better

Kommentare: I enjoyed using Wordpress, but I made the choice to leave to platform for another platform that met my needs better.

Vorteile:

Wordpress is a great platform for small business owners to create a functional website on.

Nachteile:

There is quite a learning curve when it comes to creating a Wordpress website without Wordpress preset themes. If you want an easy process, you have to buy their themes or have a website developer on call. If you are interested in making your own website and do not like the Wordpress themes, then I would find a different platform. The costs of maintaining a developer made website on Wordpress led me to switch platforms.

Wordpress is high maintenance.

Kommentare: After building my original website, I discovered I had been hacked by ransom ware. I did not realize that because I was locked out of my site, I had to rebuild my site, it was only then that I found the email asking for 30K to get my site back.

Vorteile:

The fact I could use it for free to build a website.

Nachteile:

No one warned me to never put plugins on auto update. The platform requires high maintenance.

Easy to Use Blogging Solution

I really liked how easy it was to blog compared to other similar sites I've used in the past.

Nachteile:

I really wish there was a better way to download your product when you're done if you'd like to keep it for yourself. I did find a way to print it using a third party which was nice. I believe this option has been added since I last needed it.

Best CMS on the long term

Kommentare: We used WordPress to start a website from scratch. Straightforward setup and management and a great support of plugins for practically any task we could think of.

Vorteile:

With your server, WordPress is very customizable and cheap CMS to manage.

Nachteile:

Managing constant updates (of plugins) is sometimes time consuming.
