Can I give 6 stars!!!
Kommentare: I wish I could give an extra star! When there is an issue, their response time is astonishing and frequently exceeds my expectations. The support staff are top notch, courteous, professional and above all, extremely helpful. The reports are invaluable and flexible. We have found numerous purposes for the reports, fitting a broad range of anlysis and reporting needs we have as a international company. Also, the toll fraud reporting has become a staple and intergrated into our daily business process. Above all, I know we made the right choice when we selected Sierra Gold.

Great product but better team
Kommentare: I have been working with Sierra Gold for a long time and think the product is great. It is simple and easy to use and so is their support. If you call you get a great person on the phone who always seems to be happy and is always helpful. They find the answers, work hard and resolve the problems. Lastly, their product and supports also comes with experience. These folks who work for SierraGold have so much experience and constantly share their experience. Therefore, when it it comes to picking a vendor I wish all of them were like SierraGold.
