Before all applications were stored in folders in our Outlook, so it's much more organized having it in a system like Fitzii. - It's also great that right in the tool you can purchase things like LinkedIn or Monster/Workopolis Ads. Having this all in one spot and not having to log into multiple sites is great. - The price point is amazing, and it's flexible to what services you want to add-on. Recently it seems that support has been outsourced - there are no longer any dedicated support members. Most recently, our postings were not being picked up by Indeed - where over 80% of our applicants find us. We could only contact support through "chat", and each time we received a message thanking me for my patience and saying they were working on the problem. This went on for a week. When you call the office, you can only get voice mail, and no-one called back. Finally I contacted Indeed, and they had the issue sorted out within a few hours - they advised that the issue was on Fitzii's end. I have yet to hear from anyone at Fitzii. Then I review the complete profiles of the top people and don't spend any time reviewing the completely unqualified people. Saves me so much time and increases the quality of my hires.
