It was certainly better than some of the other tools we looked at, but we wanted the most intuitive interface for our staff who in this role are a bit technically novice and for our moms, many of whom grapple with technology as well. We also navigated issues with keeping our contacts up to date. We live primarily in Salesforce and got to a point where we needed to do weekly imports and updates and it was not particularly easy with HiMama.
