The team was responsive, available, and solution-oriented. The workflow automation and data transformation capabilities are efficient and make integration with our systems much easier.

> **Nachteile**: The initial onboarding can take some time (configuration, understanding mappings and business rules). A bit more guided documentation and step-by-step guidance would help speed up adoption, especially for less technical users.

> Very positive experience. The project was successfully delivered and moved to production. Support was a real strength during the whole implementation, with good follow-up and smooth communication. Babelway helped us meet Peppol requirements while integrating properly with our ERP.
