Also Billings - You can't add multiple Invoices to create a monthly Invoice \\ apply\\ pay a remittance for a large amount to several invoices at once for the same account. or see directly which account has been emailed without opening the individual Invoice. > > Mediclinic best feature without a doubt has been their ability and willingness to listen and change the software to meet our individual needs. Their prompt replies and call to action by far outweigh most in the Industry. Online Medicare \\ DVA is a great feature and we couldn't live without this. Having automatic payments, make the job so much easier, also having the ability to see rejected Invoices and the codes associated to the Invoice, really helps. Templates are user friendly and we have modified these to suit our own needs too. We have been able to apply multiple logo's as we have different clinic's all setup under the one sign in, which has also been so much easier. The difficulties of any software is that it's not a one size fits all approach, so there are definitely some limitations but if you have a plan, know what you need, then you can only ask and see.
