My Favorite CRM
Gutes tool
Kommentare: dokumentation und controlling, großer datenspeicher große datenbank
Vorteile:
Für das Tracken der einzelnen deals wirklich gut in verschiedenen stati kann genaustens gesehen werden wie weit der vertrieb gekommen ist und als außenstehender kann man dadurch sehr gut anknüpfen
Nachteile:
einige funktionen sind möglich aber nur durch weitere sehr teure upgrades nutzbar, obwohl dies funktionen teilweise im salesbereich pflicht wären in meinen augen
Hubspot enablet inbound sales 100%
Vorteile:
HubSpot überzeugt uns in puncto Sales besonders dadurch, dass man viele nützliche Automations und workflows einbauen kann, die uns bei unserem alten CRM (pipedrive) fehlten. Trivial aber für uns entscheidend: eine gute Lead Rotation. Heißt bei uns werden Sales Reps automatisch den Deals zugeordnet nach einer Logik die wir aufsetzen können.
Nachteile:
Absolute Kleinigkeit, aber mega mega nervig bei HubSpot ist die Zuweisung von Ereignissen zu Kontakten Deals Unternehmen etc. HubSpot lernt nicht dazu. Heißt: macht man in einem Deal einen Call aus dem Tool heraus, muss man danach selbsständig anwählen, dass der Call sowohl für Deal, als auch Unternehmen, als auch Kontakt gespeichert wird. Von alleine speichert es Hubspot nur z.B. im Deal und wenn man über den Kontakt navigiert, wäre der Call von selbst nicht sichtbar.
Sales Hub die jeder implementieren kann
Kommentare: Wir sind mit dem System sehr zufrieden und das Sales Team hat sich schnell eingearbeitet.
Vorteile:
War sehr einfach zu implementieren mit Unterstützung von saleshub. Finde es super, dass wenig aktive Nutzer oder viewer kostenlos sind für Reporting etc.
Nachteile:
Die Call Funktion könnte nooch ausgebaut werden, haben am Ende Schnittstelle zu anderer Software eingerichtet.
Serious for tracking prospects? Look no more!
Kommentare: Was looking for a tool to understand cold emailing and I am glad I found Hubspot. The free version gave a lot of valuable options to begin your mastery over lead management.
Vorteile:
Easy to find, Easy to syn between PC and mobile, Has a minor learning curve that you'll get used to soon. Makes tracking engagement a breeze to begin with an understand which leads to focus on. Once you get it up and going, You would not need a different tool!
Nachteile:
Takes time to get used to initially, Took a few tutorials here and there.
I personally think this is one of the best CRMs.

Hands down best CRM for startups for any business. HubSpot offers a lot of features and is very easy to learn quickly and start selling without having to slow down your sales process.
Nachteile:
The biggest drawback is cost. It could become expensive to add other features.

Didn't Work Out
Vorteile:
It was good at pulling in the email contact information and easy to export the contacts.
Nachteile:
It pulled in too much information to track and to streamline.
Simple sales tool
Kommentare: Simple and easy to navigate. There are support tools out there and there is so much you can do.
Vorteile:
It worked well for keep track of our client and prospect deals. I didn’t run it as an admin but felt it was simple to use and understand. They had some great reporting features too.
Nachteile:
I feel like there was probably a lot more features I could’ve used but didn’t or haven’t yet. There’s just a lot of features.
More Flexible, Versatile and Cost Effective CRM
Kommentare: I think this is an awesome crm, especially for smb sales.
Vorteile:
HubSpot pretty much does everything, it's like salesloft and salesforce in one. All the features for contacting leads, customers and making tasks and tracking mission critical business info is great.
Nachteile:
The reporting and forecasting features might not be the best compares to other options, but we didn't get too far into the weeds here.

Good CRM, Good support team
Kommentare: Overall, happy with Hubspot. We can interact with each other within the CRM as to not step on each others toes. We came from a different CRM and it turned out to be a great choice.
Vorteile:
I like the ease of the program. It helps me stay on track, I love the daily sales task reminders. The email integration is nice so that I can track emails outside of the CRM as 90%^ of my day-to-day is done through my business email. Lots of good attributes to keep a sales person on task.
Nachteile:
It can be a little confusing at times when setting a sales flow. There are a lot of steps not required in my industry so they can kind of get jumbled, and dont always relate to the steps that I need to take for freight allocation with new customers.
Hubspot is your only choice
Kommentare: It is the easiest to use and most robust product in the marketplace. Porting to it from Salesforce was like having a weight removed from my chest. No more consultants or programmers required to effectively run my business. If i need something done, I can 99% of the time make it happen myself. If not, Hubspot support is super helpful and responsive.
Vorteile:
Hubspot outperforms everyone else in the marketplace based in ease-of-use and ability to customize.
Nachteile:
Honestly, I don't think there is anything to complain about.
Great Product
Kommentare: Hubspot really gave our team a structured way of keeping our deals organized, and gave our leadership team a 30,000 level view of the deals that are in the pipeline. Concrete steps lead to concrete results.
Vorteile:
I like many things about hubspot. One of them is being able to schedule email outreach days and sometimes weeks in advance gives a lot of time back for the rest of the week.The reporting and analytics are also great because i have an easy way to track outreach numbers and the deals that are in the pipeline with their associated progress
Nachteile:
One of my teammates schedules his email outreach, but has been experiencing issues with the emails actually going out.

HubSpot Fits Most Organizations
Kommentare: From the sales process, to onboarding, to continued support and assistance - HubSpot has been excellent!
Vorteile:
Many CRMs available, including SalesForce, are huge and complex. Most of the features are never implemented or require a tremendous amount of custom development to work for your organization/workflow. HubSpot provides what is needed with a lot of flexibility to customize it to your needs without requiring a huge development investment. Plus, it's just easier to use overall. Pricing is 1/3 of what we paid with SalesForce, and we have gained more efficiency because we are now using the same product as our marketing team. Information flows naturally between Marketing Hub and Sales Hub, providing better visibility and collaboration between the departments.
Nachteile:
Nothing. It's a great tool that has been an excellent investment for us.
Best across the board
Vorteile:
Extremely versatile, so many features that we haven't begun to utilize. I think the most important feature is that we can track when our emails are being opened.
Nachteile:
The interface can be more user friendly, and designed a bit better. It took me time to get used to the layout and understand what is where. It wasn't intuitive.

Hubspot - Your all-in-one CRM solution platform
Kommentare: Having a single platform in performing all my tasks from prospecting, sales pipeline, contact management, daily reports, analysis and all is just beyond what you can get from hubspot. It also has hubspot academy that you can learn so much from. What else can I ask for?
Vorteile:
What I love about hubspot is it gives you everything you need within the platform. It's UI is very user-friendly and so easy to navigate. It is easy to integrate with VOIP.
Nachteile:
I haven't had any issues with my use of Hubspot.

Hubspot keeps all of our customers and leads organized in a way the whole company can understand. Super easy to go in and see who still needs an appointment, who isn't interested anymore, who has signed a contract, etc

It is pricier than most other CRMs, but it is capable of handling much more!

Vorteile:
As a user of HubSpot Sales, and of other HubSpot products for many years now, I can say that it has a variety of tools. First of all, automating repetitive sales activities has been helpful to me and my team. We no longer have to worry about performing tedious, manual tasks, allowing us to focus on more important and valuable tasks.Plus, tracking and managing leads, contacts, opportunities, and activities is much easier with the HubSpot Sales platform. We no longer have to deal with a large amount of information and scattered data, everything is centralized and easy to access.
Nachteile:
The learning curve if you are not from the Hubspot ecosystem is somewhat long, the adaptation process for new users could be tedious in my experience. Another point that I don't like is that the emails sent to the clients don't look the same as they do in the templates.
Integral Tool for Successful Sales Pipeline Management
Vorteile:
The basic structure out of the box was good for initial setup, yet it allowed for customization for some particulars we needed for our process. Integrations with other platforms was a critical need and these existed and have been improved over time. Allows for highly effectively pipeline management, task management, prospect communication, and knowledge repository.
Nachteile:
There are some nuances that make the solution clunky like the email template builder and the custom analytics dashboard designs.

Email tracking and automation is the best feature for my business. I can create and send personalized email campaigns, track email opens and clicks and automate follow-up emails based on recipient actions. Amazing right?!
Nachteile:
A couple of things make it difficult for me to use HubSpot Sales Hub. The user interface could be better, even after using it for a while, I find it difficult to navigate when I am doing more complex tasks. The layout can be improved.

The fact that we have many videos that support our training.The operation on hubspot is easy of use, since we can customize it to our operation.It's an easy way to have a clear vision of our pipeline, allowing us to forecast and giving us tools to support our strategic planning.
Nachteile:
I wish hubspot could integrate with LinkedIn, so we can track the approaches we do via that channel.
