The actual platform is very easy to use with every one of our hiring managers praising how much better our recruitment process is now we are using the ATS. As an admin, I find the posting of ads and scheduling of interviews/general communication so quick and easy.

> **Nachteile**: Only one minor con and that is the anonymised names can get a little confusing. We once contacted the wrong candidate by mistake as their anonymised name was extremely similar to another candidate's.

> Love it. The ATS has completely improved our entire recruitment process, modernising it and reducing admin significantly. The customer service is brilliant as well.
