I also like that I can add people to help manage. The price is saving the church over $1,000. Our old product was costing over $100 a month. There's no additional fee for the "how-to" videos, and a dedicated person is always available for a chat or video conference. Another pro is that each time you log in, you are asked to confirm your identity. At first, this was a bit annoying, but I realized that it is a way to secure our information. > > **Nachteile**: What I don't like is that you have to choose to continue to dismiss the help screen or choose not now when first opening the page. Be careful when exporting information, because when you add it back, the changes are actually applied on import, causing the system to believe you added them instead of changing them.
