All too often, I instal/trial Apps \& sales tools that sound great on an idealistic level, but the actual functionality just isn't there; or to get there, you have to change your whole orgs process and worry about adoption \& that whole nightmare. I wish that there was the ability to really dive deeper into the metrics by taking the data points \& metrics they build out and running them through custom functions and formulas, or against one another.
