Recording documents is straightforward, and the mapping feature has made a huge difference to the way we work. Being able to view individual graves on screen, rather than having to physically go into the cemetery, saves a significant amount of time and makes finding information much easier. The booking system is also excellent. It has been built to suit the way we work, making it clear, intuitive, and consistent for all users. This has improved communication, reduced confusion, and provided much greater clarity across every booking. > > **Nachteile**: The main thing I like least about PlotBox is that there isn't an offline mode. As the system relies on an internet connection, it can be difficult to access when working in areas of the cemetery with poor or no signal. While it hasn't happened to us so far, if our internet connection were to go down, we wouldn't be able to access PlotBox to view service details or check bookings, which could be challenging. During the initial setup, we also experienced a few bugs and issues. However, these were resolved quickly and efficiently by the support team, who were responsive and helpful throughout the process. > > Overall, my experience with PlotBox has been extremely positive. The team was incredibly supportive throughout the transition to the new system, making what could have been a challenging process feel straightforward. They are always open to feedback and genuinely listen to suggestions for improvements. The system offers a much more secure way of managing our records, and whenever we've had any issues or questions, the support team has responded almost immediately and resolved them quickly and efficiently. PlotBox represents excellent value for money, particularly when you consider the ongoing support that comes with it. It has been a breath of fresh air for our service, enabling me to do my job more efficiently, professionally, and with greater confidence.
