When processing RAPs, the bank details entered in the “Bank Account” field frequently match those shown on the invoice rather than the details held in the supplier register. This presents a clear risk from a controls perspective. The system should enforce or prioritise the use of verified supplier bank details to ensure consistency and reduce the risk of error or fraud. Xledger has been very slow lately. I often have to close it down and re open it. Sometimes I have to wait quite a long time after I raised a ticket from Xledger support before I hear back. I often have to chase. Actual Vs Budget screen- When I click into a breakdown of a code. It used to always bring the pdf up automatically.
