Kommentare: First off, anyone who manages a sales team of over 20 people will understand how complicated payroll and commission payout can get when there are too many rules and variables. You can start it off in Excel, but eventually as your sales team scales, it becomes unmanageable to have everything done on a spreadsheet. Worst still, the accounting / finance team has an ever harder time figuring out HOW commission is calculated, let alone verifying that commission is calculated correctly. After briefly making sure the product was right for me, I gave the guys at Compgun a set of complex test data. They migrated the existing plans from Excel into their system within a day and sent me login details for the test account. The team was available on Google Hangouts to walk through the product, and it took me less than a hour to get completely confident with the software. I've been looking for a long time for other solutions in the market, and it struck me as amazing that there's nothing else like that out there. I've been a happy customer for months now, and I'd totally recommend Compgun to anyone struggling with managing compensation and payroll for a sales team. Pros:
- Pretty simple to use. It's just like Excel but built for commissions.
- Seamless integration with SalesForce.
- Really Adaptive. Can update commission plans whenever I need instead of needing professional services or teams of analysts.
