> **Vorteile**: If you're looking for recognizing your employees, stay away from Tango Card. They employ arbitrary policies that are in place in bad faith to weasel employees out of their card balances. The policies they have in place are VERY different from industry standards, especially in the arbitrary and pointless expiration dates on funds before they take them, even after employees have paid taxes on these cards as earnings.

> **Nachteile**: The customer service. Tango customer service is business oriented and not customer oriented.

> Tango's customer service had the opportunity to apply a quick solution, but instead decided to double down on a position that is both poor for the recognized employee, and poor for the company that is using their services as a 3rd party.
