I stuck with them for 6 months, because I assumed that it would eventually start working reliably because they seemed like a legitimate company.  We did have one month where every backup succeeded. The other fine months required regular manual intervention.

> **Nachteile**: I had to spend \~40 hours this year debugging the problems with their device. Many, many tickets, phone calls, emails remote sessions, checking their device, changing settings back and forth. All for a trivial one server use-case with very little data.

> I fought with Datto technical support for 6 months before they gave up on supporting their device.
