Perfekt, um viele Events gleichzeitig zu koordinieren!

Kommentare: Wir veranstalten ein Filmfestival, welches jährlich in 17 verschiedenen Städten gleichzeitig stattfindet. Idloom hat die Koordination von den verschiedenen Städten, Locations und Filmen stark vereinfacht und uns viel Arbeitsaufwand eingespart. Idloom ist sehr übersichtlich gestaltet und selbsterklärend. Hatte man dennoch mal eine Frage, hat der Supportdienst sehr schnell und kompetent geantwortet.

Vorteile:

Idloom bietet extrem viele Möglichkeiten / Tools / Funktionen und man kann die Einstellungen genau auf seinen Event anpassen. Zum Beispiel ist es genial, dass man pro Event verschiedenen Optionen und Kategorien von Tickets erstellen kann und auch verschiedenen Locations hinzufügen kann. Auch ein grosses Plus ist das E-Mailing, welches idloom zur Verfügung stellt. So kann man ganz einfach alle TeilnehmerInnen einer Veranstaltung kontaktieren. Idloom ist sehr übersichtlich gestaltet und eignet sich auch perfekt, um viele Events gleichzeitig zu koordinieren!

Nachteile:

Idloom würde noch viel mehr Möglichkeiten / Tools / Funktionen bieten, als wir überhaupt benötigten. Alle Funktionen, die wir nutzen, sind perfekt und ich kann nichts Negatives anmerken.

Excellent event management tool

Kommentare: What we value most is the time that we save thanks to the tools provided by IDLoom. In addition, we may create fresh, elegant and user friendly event management pages with minimum training of effort. A very important factor is also the very efficient support provided.

Vorteile:

IDLoom events is a powerful tool when it comes to event management. It is extremely user friendly and well built, allowing the organising team to advance the services provided to our customers, whilst simplifying the organisation process.

Nachteile:

IDLoom keeps updating their services, so even the features that did not meet our needs have now been updated. Thus, at this point, with relevance to our needs, there are no cons.

IDLOOM as a registration software

Kommentare: It was a good experience at the beggining, and support services personn we had in contact were globally very nice, but as soon as we had problems or bugs in the system, the support service seemed to have to manage alone, with no one to inform them or help them deal with sometimes very delicate situations. We had to face a very bad situation related to the invoicing module but we were led around by the management for months

Vorteile:

Easy to use for participant. IDLOOM is a european company and is aware about VAT process in Europe. IDLOOM is aware to developp new feature you might need, but you need to be very patient, and to describe very precisely what you need.

Nachteile:

We had to pay for several dev as we start using the system, but IDLOOM didn't implemente all our request yet. We had to wait for 1 year and a half for the invoicing system to be usable. It was a complete mess before that and we are now still testing to be sure it is working properly.

Kommentare: Quite good for the moment. We now know the tool for some time and just need to go forward its possibilities.

Intuitive system and quite easy to understand

Nachteile:

Difficult to say because I need to experiment and know further possibilities like editing Certificates of attendance Specific documents linked to a training organization (internship agreements, etc.) We'll have opportunity to see that when we see how our training organization Effithera goes forward.

This software will make your company lose money

Kommentare: I will not recommend using this product if your intention is to manage a successful event. After our losses, we reached out to Idloom to try to reach an understanding and to get a partial refund for the time we had not used and they stopped replying to our emails. DO NOT PURCHASE.

Vorteile:

The software worked well for free events or simple, smaller events.

Nachteile:

1. The software is not at all user friendly - Clients had difficulty registering 2. There were so many bugs - Payments, attendee management, ticketing 3. Website is not easily customizable 4. Badges are not easily customizable

Kommentare: Overall, my experience with Idloom has been very positive. As the platform administrator on behalf of the Central Bank of Ireland, I found it user-friendly and logically structured. The ability to customise the registration process and the event website was particularly beneficial. Thank you for the collaboration!

Vorteile:

Easy information and registration platform - intuitive for admins/users. Easy Outlook integration for individual events with Outlook calendars. GDPR compliance & assurance of data storage within the EU jurisdiction. Event ticketing. Ability to manage cancellations automatically. Support for multiple parallel events. Ability to publish the event details online but keep private. Provide personalised attendee itineraries.

Nachteile:

The waitlist feature is currently not fully developed. Our initial vision was for the process to allow individuals on the waitlist to automatically receive a spot when one becomes available. However, at present, any available spots simply reappear on the website, which diminishes the value of the waitlist since individuals must return to the site to book a released space. While the Idloom team has been supportive, there were instances when we required urgent meeting arrangements but did not receive prompt responses. A more tailored, customer-centric approach would enhance the experience, rather than relying solely on generic solutions.

Great Eventbrite alternative

Kommentare: For both on and offline events, Idloom seamlessly integrates with our tech stack and is easy to use for our team.

Vorteile:

Ease of use, academy for onboarding, active community with a clear roadmap and monthly releases

Nachteile:

At first some things seemed weirdly organized, currently this is no longer the case

Idloom was great for our bilingual conference!

Nachteile:

Pricing is a bit high and higher than eventleaf, the tool we use when we just do unilingual events.

Nachteile:

There are so many elements to an event registration and its so important to make sure you tick all the boxes, it can be sometimes easy for us to miss something. Duplicating an event structure and proper testing by users is therefore essential

Excellent Choice for NGOs and Event Management

very intuitive and easy to use. Within minutes one can configure the whole framework for an event. Very friendly and accessible customer support.

Nachteile:

There was nothing about idloom I would need to be changed.

What I like is that it's an easy to use software. You can create a registration system as well as an entire good looking website quite fast, without difficulties. You can also customized your questions with a lot of flexibility.

Great platform for various event formats

Vorteile:

With idloom-events you are able to cover a wide range of requirements: From websites for casual Christmas or summer parties with a simple registration process to sophisticated content for corporate meetings with a lot of different hotels, workshop options and restricted registration. Since we implemented Idloom in our group three years ago, we have been able to cover 90% of the inquiries. For the remaining 10%, the Idloom-Team (A big thank you to [SENSITIVE CONTENT]) has always been able to surpass expectations with a reliable solution.

Nachteile:

For some of our events it is important that not only the registration but also the content of the website is password protected.

Easy Setup, good Usability. If something is not clear, the support helps you immediately. Also for our customers, it's so easy, to registrate to our events.

Nachteile:

I miss the feature to individualize the event overview more as we need it. But it's not that big problems.

Idloom is a great registration platform. It is very user friendly both from the planner perspective as well as the participant's end. It also has a great design which makes our registration pages look very professional.

Perfect for events of all types and sizes

Vorteile:

As we organise a series of different events throughout the year we needed an event management tool that would be able to accomodate the needs of basic and complex events (multi-day, multi-location, multi-workshop, ...). idLoom offers the right balance between - a lot of handy - functionalities and price. It's not only a user-friendly software with a good looking interface, the team listens to your needs and will offer you great service too. Event creation, registrations and check-in have never been so easy.

Nachteile:

Using idLoom is very intuitive that might explain why there's no real help section. Even though we always get the answers we need a dedicated help page would be nice.

Vorteile:

It allows for customisation of the event website with the requisite event information and branding while also providing a great deal of functionality. It was also simple to link it to the organisation's website.Customer support team did an excellent job in responding to these requests which enhanced the overall experience.

Nachteile:

Given that the software had a more Euro-centric focus, a few amendments needed to be made in order to meet our organisation’s requirements as a Caribbean entity. There were some constraints surrounding the amendment of invoices and badges based on existing organisational standards. However, it worked well if the basic information was needed.

Easy-to-use platform

Vorteile:

The platform is agile, flexible and full of features. Especially recommended for events registration and selling tickets.

Nachteile:

The backend can be improved. A proper html use would be useful.

Very easy in use and excellent customer service!

Kommentare: We know now who is actually attending the event. In the past we worked with different types of registration, but this combines it all, plus it works with the GDPR rules. Easy check-in to go for a better follow up.

Vorteile:

The software takes your event to a next level. The package is complete and is really easy in use. Even with a free version you can make the organising of events easier. It's basicly self-explanatory and in doubt, the customer service is excellent and extremely fast.

Nachteile:

Off course a platform like this comes with a price, although it is worth it.

Innovative Conference Platform and Great Support!
