ThousandEyes allowed us to reduce the time it was required to fix/solve a major incidents, as it allowed us to point to exactly where the issue is rising and how to solve it. Occasionally I still get slightly alarmed when I see a bright orange eye appear on the bottom right corner of my screen. I really would recommend changing their logo.
