Kommentare: Our relationship with Azuga has been positive from day ONE. When we have had an issue, they are handled it quickly and professionally. A superior company to work with - they make their customers feel valued (unlike others in the industry that require long terms contracts that automatically renew).

Vorteile:

The product from Azuga is the most valuable on the market. Even though it is very reasonably priced, the features offered from Azuga are far more valuable than its price. We have used competitive products, but Azuga - by far - is the best value for the money. Cannot recommend a product of this type any higher.

Nachteile:

nothing - we have had no issues with the product and no complaints. Customer service is outstanding.

Azuga tracking is great

Vorteile:

The software is easy to use, set up new vehicles, and monitor vehicle usages through live view and reports

Nachteile:

Getting everything set up takes a bit of time but once you have it rolling, there is not many issues.

Absolutely Garbage

Kommentare: Terrible customer service, cheap not durable units. Would not recommend to anyone!

Nothing. Was hell from day one with Azuga!

Nachteile:

Customer service is terrible. Most of the employees don’t know anything about the devices, kept shipping us wrong devices. Also at the last month of the session the units completely stopped working resulting in 10s of thousand of dollars in fines from my subcontractor in no GPS tracking. Ping rate is terrible. Could plow a whole site and it wouldn’t even update. When they first sent the units they didn’t even have the right wiring diagram. STAY AWAY from Azuga!!!!!

The best solution for your company to reduce operation costs and improve profit

Vorteile:

AZUGA Fleet is a great solution if you want to keep your oprations costs down and make your business more profitable. The platform is friendly and easy to use, also allows you to build the right hierarchy based on the structure of your company, meaning that you can build your reports based on gtoups, regions, buisness division and keep full visibility in a high level or granular. The reporting gives you the opportunity to measure performance and tendencies, so you can see how your business is improving with the time.

Nachteile:

Everything looks goot to me at this point

Working With Azuga

Kommentare: Overall I like Azuga. Customer service is always willing to assist and I haven't had any serious issues so far.

Vorteile:

I like that Azuga tracks vehicle in real time. I like that mileage is tracked as well. I get real time responses if the Azuga device is removed or gets loose and this allows me to reach out to the site Mangers to have them correct this issue right away.

Nachteile:

The turn around reply is sometimes a little slow. I've had an instance where I needed an attachment and it was forgotten to be sent along with the tracking device.

Nachteile:

Azuga does not even deserve one star! I regret to say that my experience with them has been deeply disappointing. Not only did they exhibit poor communication throughout our interaction, but there were also blatant discrepancies between what was promised in our contract and what was delivered. Their lack of transparency and failure to uphold their end of the agreement was disheartening. Despite assurances made in the contract, the actual service fell far short of expectations. Attempts to address these issues were met with further miscommunication and a lack of accountability. I cannot in good conscience recommend Azuga based on my personal encounter. Potential customers should be cautious and thoroughly investigate any agreements before engaging with this company.

Sep 2023 Review

Kommentare: After over a year of frustration I finally got a manager to assign me a customer service agent in the US who could fix the spreadsheet of many issues needing corrections after much effort on my part.

Vorteile:

I like the pricing the most for the product. I put up with the problems because of the pricing.

Nachteile:

Dealing with customer service in India has been the most challenging part of my experience. They are nice and say they’ll send a return shipping label & never do without months of multiple follow up emails & calls. I don’t like that we have to pay for 30 extra days after a device is not being used & cancelled.

Review

Kommentare: I would recommend it to everyone if I didn't experience issues like odometer readings being inaccurate and not being able to generate a speeding report. But I do experience those issues. So I don't recommend it.

Vorteile:

Overall it is simple to use and provides a lot of information I can use on a daily basis

Nachteile:

Mileage readings are consistently wrong despite making sure devices are plugged in and syncronized. Speeding report consistently is unavailable/not working. I used this report on a weekly basis. Doesn't help when I can't get the info from Azuga for a situation I know for a fact is happening (drivers speeding)

Azuga is the BEST in the field!

Vorteile:

Every feature is amazing in Azuga there is not a thing that is not useful!

Nachteile:

There is not a thing least I like about Azuga.

Used Azuga a while

Vorteile:

- simple setup - simple features - gps and camera worked decent

Nachteile:

- not all requested video actually comes - our eld was not setup properly caused issues - support is delayed

Easy to use

Vorteile:

Adding Azuga to our fleet was very simple, the devices were plug and play. After a few minutes vehicles appeared on the dashboard, real time data was available. The reports and admin features were also very easy to use. Azuga helps us protect our fleet and our drivers.

Nachteile:

The only thing anyone complained about was actually having a device to monitor their driving.

Worth It

Kommentare: Azuga Fleet has allowed for me to reduce fuel costs by monitoring unnecessary idling and monitoring speed.

Vorteile:

Tracking the vehicle location, idle times of each vehicle and check engine codes.

Nachteile:

App is not easy to log into, does interfere with wheelchair lifts periodically.

Quality

Vorteile:

I've used several GPS platforms in the past. This is by far the most user friendly and I'm lucky to have a great support crew at Azuga to help me with any issues/questions I have.

Nachteile:

None really, I'm happy with the service.

Vorteile:

Real time tracking of trucks helps keep my clients informed of their whereabouts.

Nachteile:

All the wires for the cameras. To mount it professionally we have to send out to a mobile hardware service.

Helps see how good or bad a driver is. lets me know where a driver needs to improve and lets me know how well a driver is, how many hours they work

Vorteile:

It is a very easy product to use as far as hooking to the truck.

Nachteile:

Azuga alerts for the smallest of issues. Not accurate all of the time. (when I am stopped and it alerts that am breaking hard? Or when I pull out of a road and it shows breaking hard, just not accurate.)

Helpful Tool

Kommentare: Very good experience, Azuga monitors as well and lets me know when a GPS unit is not active for an extended time.

Able to real time see where vehicles are and how safe the driver is behaving..

Nachteile:

Stff forget to remove GPS unit when vehicle is sold or totaled in an accident.

Kommentare: Azuga is a very beneficial in so many ways! Makes scheduling easier, can see where everyone is in real time.

Azuga Fleet makes it very easy to schedule more stops or take off stops because you can see where the technicians are in real time and adjust schedule.

Nachteile:

There is not one thing I least like about Azuga Fleet, it is a great program for our needs.

Kommentare: Overall it is a very useful tool in knowing where personnel are located.

Vorteile:

Reel time outputs and the ability to track personnel. I also like the breadcrumb feature.

Nachteile:

The problem in Vermont is there are dead zones where all the information doesn't get transmitted back to us.

delay in real time makes it hard to see exactly where the team is, sometimes when informing a customer that they will be late/early, the team is either there already or not there.

Vorteile:

With Azuga you can always check where your company trucks are in real time. It's also good to check on how long your employee has spent at a certain job site.

Nachteile:

Sometimes the app doesn't update in a timely matter.
