Ich habe 50€ gezahlt in der Hoffnung ein kleines bisschen mehr Aufmerksamkeit zu bekommen, um mein Anfangskonfig richtig hinzubekommen, nachdem das Tool viele Fehler aufwies, aber leider ohne Erfolg, der Service ist nicht besser geworden. Ich musste mir sogar am Ende eines Telefonats mit einer Premium Support Mitarbeiterin sagen lassen (nach 3Min19Sek), dass ich bitte nächste Mal weniger Fragen stelle. Besides, I've been asking for it for several months and nothing. Maddening. Not suitable for growing companies (More than €6M in turnover) since the SII cannot be managed with the Canarian tax agency. They refer you to some partners but it is not the solution either since exports from holded invoice lists are very limited technologically.
