Kommentare: Terrible. The client service is a joke, the support claims they need to perform their tasks manually, they charge the client for recoding of data by number of records affected. They aren't able to export an anonymised dataset containing survey data, thus limiting the number of vendors working on the data.
Vorteile:
The interface is fairly nice. There no additional things that I like, I just need to fill this space because of text length requirement
Nachteile:
Lack of documentation regarding how a particular classification is performed the inability to export comments translated into English.

Vorteile:
It is extremely user friendly, visually appealing and makes giving feedback feel enjoyable, quick and easy. Takes all the pain out of giving feedback and incentivises me to add more detail as it is so easy and smooth!
Nachteile:
I really can't think of much - as a user it is an absolute dream to use.
