If a corporation option was available, the templates could be used to help streamline our workflow. recently, a second issue came up regarding our workflow and adding a frequency button option on tasks (i.e. call client - 2-week button). I was told you were not able to add that, due to your other clients with hundreds of cases. Instead of adding options to improve our workflow we get an update on adding a 3rd gender.
