I was promised “free months” during the sales process, but still ended up being billed with no clear explanation. I asked multiple people why I was being charged and nobody could give me a straight answer until I requested a refund. It felt very misleading and completely destroyed my trust in the company. Instead of resolving things professionally, it turned into a contract dispute over terms that should have been explained clearly upfront. > > I would strongly advise other businesses to be very careful before signing with Briostack. They will promise things like “free months” and other incentives to get you signed up, but conveniently leave out important stipulations until after the contract is signed. I was repeatedly told I would be receiving free months of service, yet I was still being billed. When I questioned it repeatedly, no one at the company could give me a clear answer or explanation. Funny enough, the only time I finally got answers was after I demanded a refund for the months that were supposedly “free.” That’s when the excuses and fine print suddenly appeared. At that point, all trust was gone. In my opinion, this is a deceptive business practice and potentially a breach of contract. Instead of simply making things right and parting ways professionally, they are forcing me to explore legal options to get out of an agreement I never would have signed if things had been explained honestly up front.
