> **Nachteile**: It offers a lot of useful features, but the menus can be complicated, so it often takes time to find what you need. There is a search function, but in the past I had to look things up in iSolved University. Fortunately, the newly added chatbot has made things much easier.

> **Nachteile**: The company told us we could have our offer letter from this platform, but it hasn't happened yet. I feel like the sales team promised a bit more than they could deliver. The user face isn't as smooth as some other platforms, but it is not as bad as others as well.

> Overall, it is going well and I am pleased with the changes. I hope that the customer support can begin to roll out more features that were promised to us and if they can do that, that will help our processes.
