I went to download the program again and it wont let you download twice...The customers support is a lie.. They make up lame excuses why you didn't get a response email to your issue like check your spam folder, your fire wall, or blah blah. I sent 3 emails, set my firewall on all devices to accept and still nothing. great way to waste $120..Jerks
